The office is located on the back side of the JC Penney’s wing of the Oak Park Mall. To my surprise, I was able to call on Saturday morning and get an appointment the same day. While the office is quite small, the people were personable and set a pleasant tone making my visit an overall good experience.
Dr. Gupta was professional and efficient in administering my eye exam. Most importantly, she was experienced enough to double check when I answered questions differently than she expected, and she was also comfortable explaining that I don’t wear my glasses enough when my contacts are out.
I will go back again when I need a new prescription.
