Cookies were delicious!!! Customer service was awesome! The look of the cookies was just what I asked for and most of all Mom to be and her guests loved them!

We have used Connie’s on multiple occasions ranging from holiday get togethers, graduation parties, and even daily fixes during the World Series. The cookies are always first rate, but the brownies are incredible. The staff are all excellent and the two owners are wonderful. They always have a smile on their faces even when they are slammed around the holidays. We always recommend them to anyone with a sweet tooth or in need of a big dessert order.

Gals were friendly. First time in so I wasn’t certain all there was to offer. (Coworker brought in some sugar cookies previously and they were awesome!) Would have been nice for the little gal at the register to offer some help, but it was ok. I’ll be back!

Connie is a cookie hero! My 2.5 year old son and I went in two weeks before Christmas and they were swamped, working away baking, frosting, smiling and filling orders. They are super busy during the holidays so if you have a large order then call way in advance or prepare to wait a while for them to bake and frost what you want because they sell all of their cookies fresh each day. Because they only sell fresh same day baked cookies, they can only sell so many in a da.
We got lucky, there were 5 or 6 trays of pre-​packaged dozen cookie trays and several boxes of ½ dozen. The specialty is the frosted sugar cookie, it is AhMaZing! They had some chocolate frosted peanut butter cookies and some no-​bake cookies. It looks like they usually have a few packaged in singles to go.
I enjoyed these sweet ladies cheery attitudes and I will be back to support a local business!

My absolute favorite place to get cookies! I recommend these to everyone! The ladies here are extremely friendly and are always producing the best work! The cookies are all so cute! I mean, who doesn’t love edible glitter on their cookie?!

It’s not often that I need five dozen cookies in a hurry, but any future cookie cravings will be fulfilled by this awesome outfit in Overland Park.
We did a lot of price comparisons before settling on Connie’s Cookies for my son’s first birthday party. Grocery store confections, though cheaper, don’t have the same panache and bling as a custom cookie. Other cookie purveyors charge and arm and a leg (some upwards of 4 bucks/​custom cookies) for similar a treat. Connie’s Cookies were reasonably priced (about $ 1.50 per cookie), exquisitely designed, and made with love. Their iced sugar cookies range from 18 to 20 bucks a dozen. A very good deal for the quality.
We pre-​ordered 4 dozen assorted sports cookies for the party. Football, basketballs, baseballs, and soccer balls. All were delicately designed, decadently made, and accompanied by a smile when I arrived to pick them up. They come with stickers inside the box for freezing/​storage instructions for leftovers (of which there shouldn’t be many). These aren’t skimpy cookies — they are every bit of four inches in diameter each.
The cookies not only were a hit with folks at the party, but also with grandparents. We’ll definitely be back for our future cookie needs.

I have ordered many times from this store — graduations, First Communions, holidays — and have always been extremely pleased. This is our «go to» store for a special treat. The cookies are ditch the diet delicious!

A friend had recommended this cookie shop so while we were out we stopped in. The woman there asked if we had an order to pick up and we said no. The woman said that they didn’t have any cookies… Really?!
I asked if she wanted me to go somewhere else and she started tap dancing. I won’t go back. That was pathetic.

The shop is cute and simple. I like that you can see the whole operation as you walk in. Just a big open space of staging area for frosting and whatnot. I ordered two cupcakes. One vanilla with lime green frosting, and one chocolate with chocolate frosting. There must have been some difference in the frosting recipes because they behaved differently. Perhaps more shortening in the colored frosting? I was told by the lady who rang me up not to let the cupcake stay out in the heat. Well, I brought them from the store to my air conditioned car, drove the 6 or so blocks back to work and walked 100 feet to the door. By that time, my lime green frosting was off of my vanilla cupcake, and the chocolate was still intact. If I had purchased them for a special occasion, I would have been disappointed. There was no reason it should have been ruined that quickly. However, of course I still ate it, and of course it was still moist and delicious.

We were planning a surprise party for my boss. She’s a very outgoing person who loves to accessorize. A regular cake was not going to cut it. We considered cupcakes, but that is sooooo 2009. Plus, it was going to be super expensive. Everyone in the office loves frosted sugar cookies. After a brief consult with Professor Google, I contacted several local bakeries to get estimates on a custom cookie order.
Connie’s cookies won. Not only did they have the best prices, but a blog I found only said they were very tasty cookies as well.
I ordered the cookies and described the custom decoration I wanted. After some initial miscommunication, which totally got resolved, I had a grip of cookies that my boss fan-​girl squee-​d about.
The cookies are soft and sort of bland, the way a frosted sugar cookie should be. The frosting is very light, but not gritty. I think Connie’s adds almond extract or something to the frosting, but I’m not sure. It’s yummy. She even got the frosting perfectly color matched to our company’s colors.
Perfect. I totally recommend working with Connie’s cookies. I know I will order from them again. Totally worth it.

I walked in the doors and thought I had found cookie heaven, I maybe bounced up and down.
It’s a darling little shop with a huge open kitchen behind the counter where 2 women churn out massive amounts of beautifully decorated cookies.
The shop offered already individually wrapped cookies and a small case of petite cupcakes. I am a sucker for frosted sugar cookies and being right around Valentines I got a perfectly frosted pink heart sugar cookie and a peanut butter cookie with chocolate frosting. I tried the peanut butter cookie first and it was really bland. Nothing about it made me want to eat more, it was missing something– salt, or butter. The texture was very firm and the chocolate frosting was not rich or decadent at all, just brown tasteless frosting swirled on top. I was bummed. I decided to move on to the sugar cookie. Again, something was off in the cookie mix. It tasted mostly of flour and was bland. The icing was OK, but the cookie did not live up in flavor to it’s beautiful exterior.
My friend got a red velvet cupcake. It was delicious. Very moist and the cream cheese frosting was great. I think they need to work on their recipes for cookies otherwise nothing blew me enough to come back. Bummer. Mama loves cookies.
