This company is TERRIBLE. The owner (Rick) took advantage of a situation with my wife.
The garage door keypad was out of batteries. Just needed a 9-​V battery to solve problem. He was aware it was the keypad that didn’t work.
With 30+ years experience, he should have asked my wife to try anew battery first… but he did not do that. Nor did he provide her a cost before beginning his work.
I called to complain amd ask why he conducted himself this way. He hung up on me. I offered to lay form service call, but not the unnecessary new lock. I was yelled at and stated I am the only complaint in 30 years. Yeah right!
COMPLETELY unprofessional work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are in any need of a locksmith. NEVER!
