Unless you are planning on dropping a fortune, you will have a difficult time even getting the old man to acknowledge you. When I finally got his attention and disclosed my plans, he had pretty much written me off. I had to write down my number for him and continued to browse on my own. A follow up call received a rude answer with no follow up. Same product as other places that know what customer service is. Had he known I was doing a test run and was shopping for a big project, I know he would have been falling all over himself. Don’t bother with companies that only see you as a dollar sign.
