Tundraland came back to my house free of charge and replaced my shower I couldn’t be happier with it now, the man that came the first time apparently didn’t know what he was doing or something. Brian the owner came to my house personally and made things right to make us happier customers, thank you so much for standing behind your company and having the matter taken care of and Chris for doing a fantastic job! This organization is well run and you can tell they love what they do. Brian was extremely helpful and the entire staff truly knows their stuff. Anyone looking for a home remodeling company in the Appleton area must consider Tundraland. They have quality product with incredible customer service.

Tundraland installed our new shower and we love it! They were very accommodating and professional. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone.

One of their sales guys came to our home about 5 months ago and through high-​pressure techniques convinced my wife to schedule a consultation. When I got home, she asked me to cancel the consultation — as she couldn’t convince the sales guy that we didn’t want their services. I called and a guy named Brett answered the phone and agreed to cancel the consult — but didn’t ask for any of my info. I insisted that he took my info and address so that he could cancel it. A week later a woman called to confirm that they’d be coming in a few days. I called her back and told her that we didn’t want their services and they should cancel. She tried hard to re-​book, but I insisted that we didn’t want their services. I now get a voicemail on a regular basis from them asking when they can come and re-​do our bathrooms. I used to call back and tell them to leave me alone, but to no avail, so I just ignore all calls from Kaukauna now, assuming that it has to be Tundraland sales again.
I have to assume that their work is garbage. Why apply such high pressure sales techniques if your product is worth a damn?

This company is exceptional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I was recently referred to Tundraland by a friend and I am so grateful for the recommendation. Their first class approach to customer service is truly in a league of its own! Looking forward to working together again on a future project!
