We really enjoyed the outdoor music and food at Kona, which is the only reason this place is getting 2 stars… But the service was sub-par. Our waiter outside couldn’t get away from our table fast enough and didn’t do anything more than take our order and bring our check with very little talking. THEN we went inside to Grind, a funky bar with live music. Three of my gal friends and I sat at the bar, chatting with each other and the two fantastic bartenders. About an hour and a half in and after a long day of fun in the sun, I closed my eyes and tapped my foot along to the great live music. Within a minute, I heard someone approach my friend and tell her«it’s time for you ladies to be moving on.» My eyes snapped open and I saw the blood drain from my friend’s face as she nodded and said«ohh kay.» I watched the man walk away without a backwards glance at me or our group. I couldn’t believe it! I had TWO huge glasses of water while sitting there and only one shot at the very beginning of our time inside, and this manager clearly thought I was trashed enough to ask us to leave. One of my other friends flagged one of the bartenders and requested the bill, saying«Since we have been asked to leave we’ll take the check now.» The bartender was stunned and said«What? By who?» and as my friend pointed to the short bald guy the bartender said, «The MANAGER asked you to leave?!» She immediately went over and spoke to him and came back to us to say, «He thought your friend was over-served but I told him she’d only been drinking water. I’m very sorry about this.» Too bad the manager didn’t take the time to check and see if I was ok, or pay attention to my foot tapping that clearly indicated I was NOT asleep or passed out. And double shame that he didn’t have the common sense to speak with his two bartenders to ask before assuming and booting us. I was humiliated, and my friends were angry on my behalf. So much so that one of them went over to him to set the record straight to which he said, «I was mistaken, you can stay.» Uh thanks but no thanks.

I like this place, they have live music and a full bar on the weekends. The food is good and they even have a room for private gatherings. Staff is always friendly.

That sucked big time. Wouldn’t go there again if I was paid. I ordered the grouper on a bed of pasta with browned sweet potato on top. I’m a Pescatarian so my options were only 2 choices. Who puts pasta and sweet potatoes together. I thought maybe the cook/chef is that good… Not at all. No seasoning at all on anything. I think the fish was literally boiled in a bag. Trying not to taste my so called dinner again and for being a pub the waiter didn’t know what was on the beer taps.

Fathers Day brunch was fabulous. Food was fresh and a great variety. Loved the organic hash browns and kale. Biscuit gravy was perfect as were the waffles.

I forgot I was in Florida for the couple of hours I was in this awesome place! It was so cool with the brick walls. Looking and temperature! Wow the food was amazing and fun. My sister had shrimp and grits and they were so cheesy, buttery and packed with shrimp… YUMMO! I had the coconut shrimp appetizer because there were 6 huge shrimp with this insane delicious pineapple cream sauce stuff to dip it into! My daughter had a very fresh handmade pizza that tasted like the herbs were just picked and the cheese they used must have just come from Italy! It was delish! Dessert was sinfully luscious. We had chocolate bread pudding and the Belgium chocolate brownie… OMG they were so good! Most of the places I’ve been around Ormond and Daytona really suck like airplane food, so to find the Grind down the street from my mom’s house is a gift from God!

I read the menu and seemed very unique and food from Hawaii? Why not try it… It definitely caught my attention and would go again. Ambience is exactly shown in the photos. Family and I went on a Sunday late afternoon. Ordered the Portobello fries as appetizers, which I loved the thick balsamic and fresh tomatoes. As entrees, we ordered the, ‘it’s five o’clock somewhere,’ ‘the gidget,’ and ‘bad to the bone.’ The food was excellent!

The inside restaurant/bar area is kind of dull, but the tiki bar out back is nice. I liked the décor and the ambiance. I would probably suggest that they bring more fans out there because it got pretty hot. Their beer menu is huge and their disco lemonade was strong and delicious. We ordered the portobello fires with drizzled cheese sauce which was good, and the blackbean hummus which had next to no flavor. I ended up dousing it with salt and hot sauce to give it some flavor and it made it better. I got the lobster grilled cheese which was good, but the bread was over-toasted so the sandwich was a bit dry. I’m not sure that i would ever go back there for lunch/dinner, but might stop by for drinks in the future.

Most horrible service ever. Passed up on seating three times, waited 30 minutes at table, finally walked out. Employees rude. . This is all due to Wes.

I’m really upset I have to drop down the stars on this one. The whole time planning our annual trip to Ormond, I kept this place in the back of my mind because my last experience was so great. I expected the same this time around. Perhaps the mistake was coming on the night of their big Hawaiian luau hosted by Fluid. We came here especially for the luau, in fact, but I was happy to see I could still sit down and order off the regular menu. First, it should be noted that I would have considered paying for the buffet– had anyone said a thing about it. Not one person was greeting people as they walked in. No signs, no cover charge, no wristbands, no explanation of the buffet dinner or the luau. Just us clueless patrons walking in the front door and having to ask a server walking by, who just told us «oh, your server will tell you all that.’ So we made our way to the back tiki bar where, again, there was no indication of a party. Perhaps all that would’ve happened if we came for the 8:00 start of the Fluid party, but again, information that I was not privy to. The live music was going when we got there, so that’s a plus. Second, it had just downpoured(which could possibly explain the late setup, confusion, etc.) but the rain had stopped by the time we got there. The best way to describe the staff this night was… apathetic. When we approached the hostess stand, she was in a noticeably sour mood and didn’t greet us or say a word, just led us to a table that was half under the awning, half outside and was pretty wet from the rain. She just dropped down the menus and walked away. No one really bothered to care about the wet seats, so I had to ask the bartender for cocktail napkins to wipe it down myself. Third, it took quite some time for our server to even acknowledge us and when he did, he didn’t greet us or say his name, just kind of awkwardly stood there until we decided to speak. He didn’t make a single mention of the luau drink specials or the buffet(nor were there any printouts), so I opted for a Mai Tai, which was so disgustingly strong and heavy on the Curaçao liqueur that I had to switch drinks with my boyfriend. I would’ve sent it back but I figured maybe I just wasn’t used to how the drink was meant to be made, so I digressed.(Note: the menu gives the cocktails fun names with silly descriptions of their origins, but tells you nothing about what’s in them– pet peeve). Fourth, the food menu changed, much to my dismay. The appetizers and sandwiches seemed the same, but they totally did away with all the seafood pizzas! I was specifically coming here to order the lobster pizza and they didn’t have it. We ordered the duck confit tostadas for an appetizer, one italian chicken pizza and a fig/prosciutto pizza. Sometime after we ordered is when two girls randomly bumrushed our table and handed us leis and beer coozys, saying to stick around for the Fluid party. Okay, finally. The duck«confit» was actually dry pieces of duck that could’ve been chicken and I wouldn’t have known and the«tostada» was actually a fried empanada. Besides the misnaming of the dish, it was actually very tasty and smothered in queso and served with a nice sour cream. Could’ve gotten this at any old Mexican place, really, but it was so tasty that I had to bump it from a 2 to a 3 star. I could’ve made a meal of this, since there were four giant pieces. The chicken pizza was just mehh, nothing spectacular at all and the fig prosciutto pizza was… interesting. I did love the combination of the sweet figs and the salty feta, but that prosciutto was gummy and gray and almost looked uncooked. The texture was way off– I was expecting a crispy pink prosciutto, not that. After the just okay meal, we sat for a couple more beers(after I looked on Instagram to see the specials again) and saw that it was past 8 and nothing seemed to be happening, other than a few people setting up a table with some Budlight swag and a longboard up for raffle. At that point, we didn’t feel like sticking around so who knows how the party went. Hopefully it picked up. The beachy atmosphere of the place is still there and the appetizer and parts of my pizza were decent enough to warrant 3 stars. Next time we come will be the tie breaker.

Found this place on a recent trip to Daytona Beach. Great spot for drinks. Wish we had gotten dinner here because the food looked/sounded amazing. We hung out at Kona Tiki in back and loved the atmosphere. I wish I could transport this place to St. Pete! The drinks weren’t all that great, but a guy we were sitting next to said she was not normally the bartender. If I’m ever in town again I will definitely visit again.

Atmosphere, food & Bloody Mary bar on Sunday’s is great! They have inside & outside seating, & a right priced AYCE brunch buffet! My only complaint is they need to have the Bloody Mary bar & bartender under an umbrella or in the shade. Her & the food looked they were baking in sun. Please note that did not keep me away. I will go back again when I’m in town.

As an owner of a chef driven diner and second concept catering with celebrity chef dinners… This place is fabulous. I had the Waygu burger with truffle slaw and it was fabulous!!! My partner had their special burger with egg, bacon and Guiness onion ring… Fantastic again. The craft cocktails are on point and they have a hefty draft beer list. I’ll be back if I’m ever in Ormond Beach again. Kudos to the chef!

Bottom line: A really cool restaurant /bar that serves pizza that is suspicious. Both the tiki bar outside and the gastropub inside are pretty cool looking! Nice vibe, nice crowd, decent music, and a decent beer selection for Ormond Beach. What really disappointed was the food. My Margheritaville pizza came served on a cute little wooden pizza spatula. But wait … what is that underneath the pizza? Is that a … it’s CARDBOARD! Yes, my pizza was served atop a cardboard disk. The pizza really wasn’t that good to begin with. However, the scent of warm cardboard had me wondering if the pizza was indeed of the fresh-from-frozen variety. Grab a beer, enjoy the patio, skip the food.

This is only a review on the Kona Tiki Bar. Fun vibe! We went on kind of a slow night but there was still live music, which was nice. Service was friendly and had an enjoyable time. Décor is in keeping with the Tiki theme. The bar is open air. We went on kind of a cool evening but they had heaters going to keep you warm on the outside — drinks to keep you warm on the inside. Plenty of TVs hung around so you keep up with the game!

Great place to eat. Fairly cheap for the atmosphere(a band was playing, but I’m not sure how often they play). We ordered the Hawaiian nachos as an appetizer. They were amazing. I wish I could have just ordered more of it as my entrée, a must have. I ordered the Lobster grilled cheese. It had a great flavor but could have been much better. The cheese was hardened and was not as stringy as I expected/hoped for and the crusts were too hard to eat. We also ordered the Johnny Be Gouda(Thai chicken and Gouda pizza). It was amazing. The sauce was very sweet but if you like sweet, you’ll love it. This place had great food and cheap drinks. I’m not sure if we caught them at happy hour but my Tito’s and water was $ 3.75. May try to fit them in one more time before we leave Ormond!

My boyfriend and I had heard about this place and were excited to try it out. When we arrived, the complimentary valet parked our car. We were immediately seated on the deck outside near the bar. The fire pole next to our table was perfect because there was a slight chill outside that night. When we sat down live music was playing, which was excellent by the way. The duo sang upbeat and varietal songs. Our waitress greeted our table and asked for our drink order. I asked her if the bartender was very familiar with a «southern gentleman» and if not I would order something else. She said yes, my boyfriend order grey goose and orange juice because they were have a $ 6 special. My southern gentleman was decent. I am all for a strong drink but I felt like our drinks were more club style if you know what I mean. We order the portobello fries, the fries themselves were pretty good but I didn’t think the balsamic and blue cheese paired well. Both my boyfriend and I order steak. He got the filet minion and I got the flank steak with frittata. Overall our meal was mediocre. Our waitress was overly occupied with the table of young men next to us which is understandable because she is cute and young but nonetheless all of her tables should be treated equally. We were slightly neglected and had to track her down a few times. Once the check came I specifically asked her to finish off our visa gift card with an exact amount and use the cash for the remaining balance. We gave her over the amount and expected change so that we could add to it for the tip. She did exactly the opposite and returned with no cash and a remaining balance on the card. I was pretty irritated by this point so I tried to address her and just let her know(politely) that she didn’t do what I asked. She had already ran off by that point and I didn’t get the chance. Overall we were not impressed with the food or the staff. The atmosphere was awesome. I don’t find myself wanting to try this place again though.

Tonight I shelled out $ 60 for awful food and an underwhelming experience. My husband and I were looking for something new and decided on Grind based on the great reviews. When we arrived the complimentary valet was full so we had to park in another lot and walk over which was fine, but was certainly a foreshadowing of what was to come. We walked up and stood around for a good 5 minutes as not one, not two, but three hostesses told us they would«be right back» to seat us. From the entrance I could see multiple tables open so that wasn’t the issue. While reviewing the menu I started to have flashbacks of growing up in NJ where the diner kid’s menu had cutesy names for the meals like«The Batman». We opted for the portobello mushroom fries as an appetizer and waited about 30 minutes for them to arrive. When they did finally get to our table they were ice cold and not very tasty. My husband ordered the bison burger and I ordered the fig pizza. We waited another 45 minutes for the entrees and when they arrived they were also cold. The fig pizza made my stomach turn and I ate half a slice before pushing it away. My husband’s bison burger was just okay. They may have been better had they been served hot or even room temperature! The waitress disappeared after taking our order and returned later with the check. I paid cash and said she would return with change. She came back 10 minutes later asking me if I wanted change(as if I would give her a $ 40 tip), then«lost the book» and wanted to know if I had misplaced it before finally finding it at the bar where she had left it. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough! My money would have been better spent if I set it on the table and lit it on fire(at least that would have been warm). We will not be returning.

When the weather permits, this is a fun place to eat and drink outside. The food and service are good and so is the atmosphere. When it was too hot outside for us one evening, we sat inside and that was fine as well. The food is quit good and is varied to offer something to please anyone’s taste. It should appeal to just about anyone.

Absolutely delicious! There’s both indoor and outdoor seating which I absolutely love. I went on a first date here and it was the perfect spot. The menu has something for everyone when you don’t really know what the other person likes plus they have both great burgers and great pizza. You can’t go wrong here.

We went to Grind on a Friday evening and it was terrific! The food was better than anything I have had in a long while. I had the skirt steak and fries, it was out of this world! Steak temp was spot on and the drizzle of truffle butter was just perfect. My husband had the bison burger. The sear on the burger was perfection and all the toppings were fresh and delicious as was the BBQ sauce they put on the side. The staff was attentive and friendly. This is not a place to come if your in a rush as the food does not fly out of the kitchen. However, once you taste the quality of what’s being served, you won’t mind the hang. The place has a great laid back vibe, great staff, amazing food and the creativity and passion the owners have for every detail is apparent from décor to food and drinks. The place is a home run in my opinion… GOHERENOW! It will not dissapoint!

So while on an extended stay here in Ormond Beach I have been trying to hit a few local spots. Luckily this is one of the stops I made it to. Let’s start with the parking, which might stress some. If you can’t find anything out front with the street parking just pull around the block and valet park in the back. This is by far better than the street parking. So once you get around to the Valet parking you’ll discover Grind is actually two places that includes the Kona Tiki Bar, viewing only from the street side you only see the one place. So I had dinner inside The Grind. Which is decorated like a cross between a Speakeasy meets Steampunk Vibe copper looking table tops with gauges and pipes and antique looking lights. I had a Dark and Stormy(Dark Rum and Ginger Beer) but they have a full liquor menu with several specialty drinks, wine list, plus a pretty extensive beer menu. For the actual food menu plenty of options including Beef, Chicken, Pork, Pizza, Seafood just about something for everyone. For dinner I had the Lobster Grilled Cheese sandwich. Plentiful Maine Lobster on a Cheesy Grilled sandwich grilled perfect with fries. The fries had an almost sweet flavoring. Over all an Excellent meal top by really good service. Our server was also the bartender, but she checked on us just the right amount coming from behind the bar. Now of you head out back you’ll be in Kona Tiki Bar! Another hybrid cross between a Tiki and a Surf spot direct from the 50th state. The Tiki gods were smiling as this place is HUGE and looks to be decorated by the artist SHAG. This outdoor seating area would be compared to an outdoor open venue lodge with all the island decorations and plenty of seating and a very decent sized bar area. Also the night we were there which was a Wednesday at 8pm had a sizable crowd and Live Music. Overall another great experience that we might have missed by going in the front. So next time you are here and want to check it out I highly recommend as its got the vibe of a really great place to hang and eat, hang and chill, and hang for a good evening.

We love brunch here, and Tabitha is the best brunch bartender. They have endless mimosas until 1, and they hook it up! Their breakfast food leaves something to be desired though… the buffet is just OK and if you order off the regular menu, it takes 14 f-ing years to get your food and its often overcooked or just eh. Dinner is always great, so I don’t understand the issue with brunch. I’d love to see unique benedicts on the brunch menu and some vegetables beyond potatoes(spinach? asparagus?).

Kona has been a stapple of going out to eat for me for the last 5 years. It was fantastic! However, they switched their menu about 4 months ago and it’s just gone down hill. The service was lazy and we were seated in front of the stage and could barely hear ourselves think. The music is supposed to be a nice atmosphere addtion and ended up being obnoxious. We also waited a half hour for the waitress to get our drinks and then waited an hour and a half for our food to be delivered. The waitress was no where tk be found and didn’t update us on why it was taking so long for our food. Like i said it used to be better so i had higher expectations. When we did get our food it was cold and undercooked. We had to ask for hot fries!

It seems American’s are still tied at the hip with the motherland when it comes to the«British Invasions» and the«Gastropub» by definition is an example of the latest trendy bar /restaurant concept to cross the ocean. Its not surprising Ormond Beach is the location to land this«pub hybrid» which is most commonly referred to as a bar on this side of the pond. The Grind has incorporated a higher quality of menu items that you typically don’t see in very many beach-towns along this section of the Atlantic Ocean and with its dual personalities catering to both the weekend party crowd as well as those who are tired of the pre-packaged fried bar food scene that predominantly line the coast it’s a very promising attempt at raising the bar(no pun intended) to those of us who pay attention. The challenge here is sustaining the fluctuations of the populist in-season verses off-season. Pretty much anything sells during the popular tourist season, that’s just the way it is around here look around. It will be interesting to see the reaction of the snow birds, can Grandma and Grandpa deal with eating their flatbread, burgers and seafood in close proximity to the locals slamming shots of Jamison and Patron while screaming«dude» at everyone walking through the door. Let’s hope The Grind has the magic formula to keep the weekend crowds lining up and the locals interested, typically its about having the ability to transition from the early senior crowd to the younger party crowd and that seems to be working. Our first visit here was to meet friends for drinks after dinner somewhere else so we never had a chance to sample the menu only the atmosphere and that was a very positive experience so we definitely will be returning to enjoy the entire experience. The staff here was excellent at the inside bar I can’t speak of the service in the outside area we only walked through… you definitely should try this place on its a great fit for the area.

Ok, so we walked in and sat at the inside bar and ordered drinks. The bartenders were kind of awkward with their jokes and remarks, but we have had worse. We ordered our drinks and they were pretty good. Only one other couple was inside with us, but outside looked more lively and the inside was freezing. We asked to bring our drinks outside and order our food out there– which they seemed to be ok with. We ordered the poke nachos and lobster grilled cheese. — both were just delicious. The grilled cheese came with sweet potato fries which were topped with powdered sugar. Everything was amazing. The food exceeded our expectations! The outside bar was well decorated and we loved the atmosphere. We would definitely go back! So many other items we wanted the try.

We were so excited to try this place after hearing about how good it was and the recommendations were spot on! The weather was absolutely perfect so sitting outside made everything that much better. The live music was as good as i have ever heard. Now to the food! Wow wow wow! We started off with a very creative sushi grade tuna deconstructed nachos, portobella fries, and gigantic coconut shrimp. It was all amazing, so unique and perfectly done. We then shared a Lobster Pizza for our main course and that was the icing on the cake! So creative and very delicious! If you have an opportunity you have to try this place! I promise you wont regret it. I can’t wait to return.

We came a little over a year ago for my birthday dinner when they first remodeled the place, we sat inside. The drinks that were delivered were wrong and once corrected were too sweet. My food wasn’t that great but thought maybe I just ordered the wrong thing because everyone I was with liked theirs. I heard about the Sunday brunch and decided to try it out because of the great reviews and Bloody Mary bar. I downloaded the menu prior to going and they seemed like they had a decent selection. Once we arrived the only parking was valet which is nice but I’d rather just park myself and walk inside. Not to mention the poor valet was drenched with sweat and soaked our car seat. The atmosphere was really nice and I was surprised when we were seated how large the back area was. Once we were seated our server greeted us and gave us our menus which were completely different than the one I downloaded. There were probably about 6 or 7 things to choose from, a list of a la carte items and the breakfast buffet. My boyfriend and I both ordered the Bloody Mary’s which we had to walk inside to the bar to get. The items for the skewers while tempting were all fried, breaded and extremely greasy(ex. A pizza roll wrapped in bacon). I stuck with some jalapeño stuffed olives, I do not eat dairy or wheat so the options were limited. I decided to go with the buffet because I couldn’t eat any of the menu items which I was disappointed about because online they had omelette on the menu. The buffet area was so dark I could barely see the food. The plates were dirty and the utensils used to serve the food were covered in grease. They had pre-made omelettes with cheese inside them and then a bunch of raw ingredients on the side, I didn’t mind these but I had to scrape the cheese off and eat my onions raw. The fruit platter was already mostly gone when we got to it and it didn’t seem like they were going to replenish it. I had some sausage and bacon as well which was barely cooked so the fat wasn’t the most pleasant thing to bite into. All of the servers besides the two guys inside at the bloody mary bar seemed rude and not really happy to be there. When I went inside to get some more food there were no plates left, there was an employee making a to-go plate so I figured he must have been off the clock. I asked the man restocking the food if we could get some more plates and he told the man making the to-go plate to get them. I don’t know. I was not impressed with this visit and probably will not return to eat here again. Maybe some drinks at the bar because it is a nice place but the food has not been very desirable and the service while good, came with an undeserved attitude.

We have a beach house in Ormond Beach and I wanted to explore what the local spots have to offer. I came with a friend and sat at the bar. Grind has a laid back surfer atmosphere and staff and patrons were pretty happy and chill. The bartenders were super friendly and helpful. We weren’t starving and decided to try their portabella mushroom fries and their Ahi tuna appetizers, both were OK. The cocktails though were really good. Also decent prices for Jamison on the rocks, my usual drink. The place was bustling with locals and even though you can tell that a few of the patrons were pretty boozy, everyone was just having a good time. I will definitely come back for their Bloody Mary brunch on a Sunday.

Yet another gem from Unilocal! This place is off the chain; delicious!!! We went in at lunch & had the portabello«fries» for an appetizer/awesome doesn’t even do it justice. I had the signature burger, the other people in my party had lobster grilled cheese, house salad with chicken and poke; all dishes were top notch & tasty. Our waitress was very good & very friendly. Huge selection of beer, too!

So mad I found this place on our last night visiting Ormond Beach. If I knew about it earlier, I would’ve visited here at least two or three more times… it’s that good. We entered the front gastropub not knowing about the back at all. Thank god we ended up back there– it was the perfect beachy Hawaiian themed atmosphere, with a live band and palm trees everywhere and cute decorations… plus a full bar. Service was great. For how crazy packed it was, our waitress Brittany was super attentive. Now on to the best part– the food and drinks. I didn’t want any of their several specialty cocktails, though they all sounded great. I got a plain margarita and it was perfectly made. Props to the bartender. To start, we ordered the signature appetizer of deep fried eggplant fries with balsamic glaze and some type of cheesy jalapeño dip. They were so tasty and breaded perfectly, not greasy or overdone in any way. The balsamic glaze added a much needed acidity. For entrees, I was torn between everything on the menu cause it all sounded really enticing. We ended up each getting wood fired pizzas, one with Cajun crabmeat and shrimp, and another with BBQ brisket and coleslaw. Both were absolutely fantastic– messy, but in a good way. The shrimp and crab were fresh and perfectly seasoned and had some kind of cheese that complimented the flavors wonderfully. The brisket had a bit of a kick and the coleslaw was a nice touch. Both pizzas had thin, crispy crusts. I’m kicking myself for not ordering the lobster pizza. Maybe next time. Will absolutely be back here to try all the other pizzas and rest of the menu on our next vacation.

Lunch Feb 26 Kona Tiki Bar Taken there and dined with a friend who lives in area for lunch. Honestly, my expectations were low — BUT boy was I surprised! First off, I appreciated the unique menu and their varying takes on the standard menu items. More places need to do that! Ordered the Grind Signature Burger. Not only was it presented wonderfully, it was very flavorful and packed with delicious ingredients. Loved that the bun stayed intact the entire time and kept the contents inside the burger all in their place. Fries were served in a separate wire basket and they were seasoned and paired perfectly with the burger. For«bar» food, this burger was way better than most that claim to have great burgers!

Pros: 1) They were somewhat friendly 2) the filet mignon was actually good, that would be the only reason why they would get the star(one for the filet) Cons: 1) the place wasn’t busy but the waiters kept disappearing 2) the waitress messed up my order 3) the quality of food was poor 4) extremely high priced for the quality u r getting 6) they take forever to get the food 5) everything we got looked pretty but everything was cold! And didn’t taste good at all. 6) it’s too dark, their customers were using their phone flashlight to read off the menu and while they were doing that, they were flashing it everywhere and it was blinding me Will never go there again

To be perfectly honest, I wasn’t a big fan of their menu, and their beer/wine list seemed a bit high on the price when I used to go there more often. The décor is nice, and service is ok. I like the fact that they redid the inside and there’s no more DJ. The outside tiki bar is quite quirky, and a nice place to spend a cool evening out. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 3 stars? BRUNCH. I don’t care for their regular menu, but their brunch menu is pretty darn good, and they have $ 10 bottomless mimosas, can’t beat that. I’m not a bloody mary person, but my friends really like it, and you can customize it with all kinds of crazy things.
