The Vitamin Shoppe

This is my second time at this location. It was well staffed and organized but the 5 STARS are for PEDRO! This guy is awesome. Had some questions on pro biotics and he actually knew what he was talking about instead guessing his way through in assisting me and was 100% genuine. I felt like he was a friend who cared about me, lol. He also answers the phone with so much enthusiasm that is too funny! Someone give this a raise asap and then clone him for all the other stores please!!!

The staff here rocks due to being very knowledgeable about the products and raising the bar in service. Every time I come in here there is an automatic, «hello how may I help you,» and from a consumer stand point there is plenty of information I can use when picking out a multivitamin so this is helpful!
The workers at Vitamin Shoppe really know their product and do the best they can to educate the customers how to obtain a healthier lifestyle. They promote the best quality products in health and well-​being so there is no where else I would rather go. It’s nice to witness workers who are passionate about health better than the miserable MC Donalds worker who screeches out, «is that all, is that all?!?» Plus this store is motivating because the products they have can fill nutrient gaps. It is because of Vitamin Shoppe I have now found my perfect protein shake to handle all those hours at the gym. Thanks to the manager for helping me pick this out! This store is stocked with whatever you need in supplements, herbs, sport nutrition, multivitamin, e.t.c. It’s literally a one stop shop! Plus they also send e-​mails to update you on the latest deals so remember to sign up for the goods.

The overlying reason I am writing a review about this location is for their A+ customer service. I have been in multiple times and no matter who is working, they are always very courteous and attentive. The prices are not anything to get excited about, in fact, I recommend ordering from the internet to find some good deals if you can wait for your order to be shipped. But what I really like is that when I ask them a question or for some advise, they don’t automatically try to turn me onto the most expensive product they carry. Today for example, the representative showed me a carbo product they carry but suggested I eat more bananas to get the same nutrients. I asked about an pre-​workout supplement that I normally take and they recommended I try something new that was less expensive and more potent. I respect a company or business who focusses on customer sevice rather than always seeking ways to ding their customers for more money.
