Performance Ski and Surf

Excellent Internet order customer service!!!
This weekend we took a last minute Labor Day ski trip and as of Tuesday, I didn’t have any bindings for my new ski (I would have gotten the ski here, too, but they were out of what I was looking for. Promise!) I heard about Performance Ski & Surf through lurking the balls of spray forum. I ordered around 1 or 2 pm Florida time and selected 2 day shipping. Had to get these before the weekend and nobody else had them in stock, at least not the same price.
Shortly after ordering, I got an email and a phone call from Brian telling me he has to switch to another binding if that’s okay (in all honesty it was the same binding just minor details were different), and he wants to get them out ASAP since I’m paying for 2^nd day shipping. Heck yes. That’s okay. When I call back, he takes care of me just before 5pm and I’m good to go for my ski weekend at Lake Mead. We got a TON of open water skiing in (which, on a carbon ski, on Lake Mead, is no minor accomplishment. It was abuse!), and by 11:30 AM on Sunday, I was exhausted.

Best wakeboard and waterski store in Orlando. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly and take their time with you. If you are looking for a wakeboard, you can rent a demo and try one and they will take cost of rental off the price for a wakeboard– great deal !!!

The service at Performance Ski & Surf is phenomenal. Very precise knowledge of specific items available in the store. As we walked in the door, we were immediately taken care of by the welcoming staff. The staff were very hospitable to us, asking about what we need and acting as helpful salespersons without being overly pushing.
The prices were comparable to other stores, but not amazing. The main attraction of this store over its competitors is that the employee’s want to help. At a major chain like Sports Authority, the prices may be better, but the service is not knowledgable about what they are selling. I feel like we got the perfect item for our current level of mastery in the field.
Very good store to get the right fit for any water sport.

This is a medium sized ski shop that has an awesome owner and a great selection of gear for: ski, wakeboard, wetsuits, vests, handles, lines, bindings, clothes and dvds.
They keep their front counter stocked with fliers that can keep anyone updated on what’s going on in the water world around the area.
If you need any help you can ask anyone and they will help you without judgement on what experience level you are on. Cathy who works there is super awesome!
