I usually don’t take the time out of my day to leave reviews, but the maintenance for this place is so bad I felt like I had to. When I first moved into plaza there was a serious roach problem. My roommates and I were finding at least 2 cockroaches a day in our bathroom/kitchen. It took at least 5 Maintenece requests until someone came in and sprayed our apartment. My roommates and I went two weeks this spring without air conditioning in our apartment. We went to the office and put in work orders ourselves at least 10 times total(while living in an 84 degree apartment) before they even bothered trying to fix it. And now I’ve lost my keys and I have gone 3 weeks without being able to get in my apartment myself. I’m back and forth for the summer so it hasn’t been an everyday issue, but I went to the office on 3 occasions the last time I was in town asking for a new set of keys. I was only in town for 2 days so they said they would have them ready for me by the time I left. Not only did that not happen but I just called back 2 weeks later and figured out the work order was never even put in. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. They do not care about their tenants or their issues. A maintence request is just another complaint on a sheet of paper to them. If you have any problems with you’re apartment be prepared to take at least 3 trips to the office and put in 5 maintenance requests yourself until anything is done. And Yes the amenities are nice but being a Ucf student there are better pools and a better gym in the area. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible place to live given the price you pay. During rainy season there is a HUGE bug problem that everyone in the Facebook page complains about yet the complex doesn’t do anything to clean it up. I get that it is a college apartment but there has been throw up in the stairwell next to my apartment for a week now and still no maintenance has made an attempt to clean it. Someone has literally shit in the elevator before. So if you can get past the deification issues, on top of that you will pay anywhere from $ 650-$ 740(depending on when you signed your lease) to live somewhere that won’t answer the phone or complete work orders along with dealing with the fucked up parking garage where you’re lucky to get a spot on the 5th or 6th floor. Also the staff downstairs is rarely ever helpful and most of them have little to no customer service skills, so I usually leave even more frustrated than when I went down to talk about an issue. As nice as it looks from the outside, as soon as you sign a lease it all goes downhill from there

These apartments are very nice! «Wooden» flooring, comes fully furnished so that you don’t have to worry about getting beds or couches. The location is great, right across from ucf and it has all the good restaurants. The only downside is the price. It’s very expensive to only have a small kitchen and have t ok be quiet because the walls are thin. Nice place, but personally not worth the price.
