If I could rate a «0» I would. I just called to make a reservation for my son’s graduation dinner for 14 people(per his request) for next Saturday and I was flat out told«No, that’s not gonna work.» Apparently, per the extremely rude and uncaring young lady that I spoke to, her manager said that he wouldn’t hold a table that size on a Saturday because it’s too busy; they could at 4 or 9 or after 9. Really? What a ridiculous reason!!! We had my husband’s dinner party there years back and I saw a couple of months back a larger dinner party. Instead of asking for a credit card to hold the reservation, like most restaurants at hotels do when visit them. Shame on you PF Changs. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Sitting outside on a beautiful day. Looking at palm trees and blue skies. Enjoying a Moscow Mule — delightfully refreshing on a day like today. My handsome partner ordered a new item — lemony shrimp. Delish. I had the jicama lobster shrimp tacos. Yum. Overall — very nice lunch and experience. Waiter was attentive, and not too much so.

We ate family style and it was good. It’s not authentic Chinese obviously but still tasty and they have brown rice option. The service was also great. We had the lettuce wrap, mongolian beef, fried tofu, walnut shrimp, and this spicy lobster fried rice.

I went to the place at 10:30… 30 mins before they close. They guy out front said were closed, clearly the open sign was still on! A girl worker comes out and I said you open? And the guy made a gesture to her like cut off no were closed. So she listened to him and said they were closed… RUDE!!! Never will go there

The bartenders are very nice. The servers, however, complain about their tables in front of the guests and are rude which is why we only eat at the bar. One server ran me over while we were walking to our table like I was in her way. They blatantly complain about their tables within earshot of everyone and talk about how much they hate their job. I feel for them because it’s a very busy location but It’s a little uncomfortable to listen to while you’re eating.

When we walking, the people inside just Like don’t see us. We were standing right in front of them. So, we just walk out. Very bad attitude!!

The food was very good, as I find it usually is. Ordered the steamed shrimp dumplings and spicy tuna roll as appetizers. Moved on to my favorite MaPo tofu dish, delicious. Atmosphere was a little sloppy, noodles on the floor where we were seated, but server swept them up. Service was good.

I used to be a huge fan of P.F. Chang’s and ate at this location frequently, but after a bad experience 1 – 2 years ago I stopped. Went in for lunch today and was very pleasantly surprised at a revamped menu with lighter options as well as some of my old favorites. The vegetable Lo Mein was made with fresh vegetables and not drenched in salt and soy sauce like I remember. The pad Thai was also very yummy and the staff was friendly and attentive. Very excited about this new menu and experience and will definitely be back again soon!

The line is usually out the yin-yang, so we’ve learned to get here early. What’s always remarkably consistent is the three deer-in-the-headlights hostesses who stare at you for a few moments rather than ask if they can help. Come on Chiang, get this together. The hostesses who actually do something eventually become quite good servers. The service always rocks, and the food is great nationwide. Millenia’s store is kind of oddly shaped, so it’s quite tight when it’s crowded. Their other locations are quite picturesque, but this one overlooks valet parking. Best hot and sour soup west of China.

Went last night as a party of 3. Friday night, so was told it would be a 45 min wait, but it ended up being just 20. Hostess and podium attendants were very pleasant. I ordered an Asian Pear Mojito, which was very enjoyable and refreshing. Two of us shared a Lobster Avocado sushi, and one had the Wonton soup. Sushi was very good and my friend absolutely loved the soup, and she’s really picky. One thing wrong was that our entrees came while we were barely half way through our appetizers. Our server, Juan, was very nice and helpful, and did the best he could with how busy it was. So we let it go. Our entrees were all very good. We had the House Fried Rice, Beef & Broccoli, as well as Sesame Chicken. Overall, we enjoyed our meal very much, and I’ll definitely be back. Price is a bit higher than regular Chinese places, but the food quality is clearly better, so it’s expected.

It’s always a pleasure to eat at P.F. Chang’s. I’d recommend booking ahead as the wait for a table the first evening we tried to eat here was at least 2 hours, and it’s easy to see why. The staff are polite and accommodating. The options for my particular dietary requirements(no gluten, dairy or egg) were limited, but the chicken lettuce wraps and garlic spinach with which I was provided were delicious and plentiful! I came with a group and everyone very much enjoyed the meal.

let me make it nice and simple: Over priced, sugar /sodium loaded trash. Can’t even fathom how people make lines to eat here. Can’t get but feel bad for people who think this is the good stuff… such horrid food.

I would never go to PF Chang’s on my own will. So how did I end up dining here again? Family of course. From past experiences, the food has been mediocre. This time it was worse. The chicken lettuce wrap and the shrimp in lobster sauce were overwhelmingly salty. I can’t justify spending money on overpriced mediocre Chinese food. On the bright side, the service has always been satisfactory.

We were looking for a healthy eating out option and were in the area so we headed here. Generally we go to the Winter Park location(although it’s been a while), this one was much more crowded. Right when you walk in they have a large round table with a lazy Susan in the middle for larger groups to share. It was a great idea and I’d love to come here with a group. Noticing they now have sushi we ordered the Kaleidoscope roll for a starter. It was a bit expensive for the size($ 10.95) but was really tasty. Tuna, salmon, mango, cucumber, kanikama, a bit of rice, wrapped in rice paper atop a miso mustard sauce. The flavor was fresh and well-balanced. For entrees we ordered Almond Cashew Chicken, Ginger Chicken and Broccoli, brown rice, and Schezuan asparagus. All were delicious. Service was good. They got rid of the tabled sauces I guess, I always liked those so this was a bummer. They also completely overhauled the menu and eliminated several options I used to order. I do like their new menu although there seems to be fewer healthy options which means I won’t be here as frequently as I could be. Considering most of their entrees are from 750‑1500 calories, it’s pretty hefty for regular eating.

This was by far my best experience at P. F chang’s and not because the other ones were bad. Service by Jamie was ultra amazing and the food was fresh and tasty. Management should recognize Jamie as he went above and beyond the call of duty. Will return only if Jamie can be our server next time
