Was a bit concerned when we walked thru the door. Very casual but with 2 kids in tow was actually the atmosphere we were looking for. We did not choose to have hot pot, but the standard menu. Staff were quite friendly and informative. We had fried dumplings and spring rolls for appetizers which were ok. Child 1 had classic beef fried rice and child 2 had stir fried chicken Raman. Both ate their fill and seemed to enjoy it. Hubby and I had Korean spicy noodles with shrimp and curry beef udon noodle soup. Wow! What great flavors! The Korean noodles were pretty spicy but very flavorful. The curry udon soup had an out-of-this-world flavorful broth. I’d suggest trying their specialty dishes as they seemed much more impressive than the others. Not to say the few bites I tried of my kids’ dishes were bad-they were very solid as well, but I was just so impressed with the flavors of the other 2 dishes!

So far this has been the best Chinese food I’ve had in Orlando. If you have found yourself relocated from the North East, this is the most similar to the food from the Mother Land.

Loved their ribs, they chop them up into bites. Good flavor and highly recommend. Comes with rice and bok choy. Service was good and the owners comes out and checked on my dish. I enjoy this place. They also have hot pots but haven’t tried it yet.

I can’t decide if I’m still hungry. Fun for groups. I can see how this would be an exciting place for kids to eat too. The BYOB policy is great just don’t forget one for the chef. You’re gonna smell like a kitchen when you leave, so consider that if you plan on going out afterwards.

Great and amazing Chinese and food. The BBQ spare ribs were to die for. Hot pot wasn’t bad either. Fried ice cream was awesome for the price and caramel. Salt n pepper shrimp were also excellent if you don’t mind eating the shell when fried. Will return

Big fan. I got the ramen and they subbed out rice noodles for the traditional ramen. Best I have had so far! Thebaauce bar was great and next time I plan to get the hong kong bowl. Good phở as well. The pork is amazing so I am excited for more of that

I was with a group that was not on board for hot pot, and so I’m giving this restaurant a 3 star because I still want to come back and try out the hot pot. That stuff looks great. We got the ramen and I was pretty disappointed. I wasn’t expecting it to be super authentic but the pictures looked good… But it was just not up to snuff. Then we got the snow and things got worse. No mochi, no red bean, no sprinkles, so I settled for just green beans with my green tea snow. It doesn’t even look like snow and tastes awful. Tasted nothing like green tea and very artificial. Overall a disappointing experience but their hot pot looked great and I hope to come back and have a better time. The server was very attentive and friendly.

What a cool place! My niece invited me here on my last visit to Orlando. I had a bowl of the Hong Kong Style Noodle Soup with BBQ Pork and it was yummy. I was sloppily slurping on the delicious broth first and then dug into the rest of it. My nephew had barbecue fried rice which looked delicious. The salt and pepper shrimp was ok, not really my thing but that’s not a reflection on the restaurant. The fried dumplings were delicious. I’ll be back.

Very good soup and service so far, I ordered the Korean soup with Bbq pork and wontons. They have a wonderful spice bar in the back as well. I just wish they had some hoisin sauce.

This restaurant met my expectations and more. I had the house ramen noodles and it was so good, especially the bbq pork that came with it. I went for my 21st birthday dinner and the waitress who I had was really nice. I loved this place and will go back when I visit Orlando again.

I believe my visit was amazing due to our excellent server. He was on top of things and was certainly a jokester! I was in the mood for hot pot and my BF was not so this was an great place to soup up individual hot pot. It’s decently priced and they have a average sauce station. The food was decent. I wasn’t blown out of the water, but did enjoy my visit with the mixture of hot pot, our excellent server and of course spending time with my BF(cheesy I know).

I came here on a rainy Sunday at around 3pm, and I was surprised when I had to wait! It’s a small little restaurant with pleasant staff. After putting our name on the list, they led us to the waiting area which doubled as the boba tea/dessert area. The separate room had some tables, 2 fish tanks, and foosball. It’d work as an independent dessert shop. We waited about 15min then they seated us. I got the roast pork chow fun. The roast pork, which I saw hanging in the front of the restaurant, looked and tasted great, but the overall dish was just lacking a lot flavor with just a simple soy sauce over it. Luckily, they have a sauce bar where I created my sauce(reminded me a bit of monglian bbq) and it made the dish quite tasty. My girlfriend got the Korean noodle soup, which she liked and satisfied her desire for spiciness. However, she found at hair in her soup! We notified the waiter, not making a big deal about it just as an fyi and she took it well. In fact, she gave us complimentary dessert of fried bananas with chocolate sauce which was amazing! 4 stars seems a bit high to give to a place where you had to wait 15min and there was a hair in the soup, but the food was solid and the friend bananas was one of the best dessert dishes I had in Orlando.

Came back from hitting the Outlets and finally managed to stop here to pick up lunch. Found an excellent parking spot right up front, walked in and was quickly greeted by one of their friendly servers. She took my order and got me a water while I waited, got three little to go’s for some additional fixings to add to my soup. Ordered the Hong Kong style noodle soup with BBQ pork and spare ribs with lomein noodles soup(it’s $ 1 additional for changing up the noodles for a total of just over $ 11). I stopped by Trader Joe’s on the way back and my soup when I dug in(around 30 mins after I’d gotten it) was still spanking hot. The broth had a good flavor but the meats were amazing! It was so much too! I managed to eat ¾ of it and saved the rest for later. There were pieces of bok choy and alfalfa sprouts swimming in there which were all tasty. I definitely need to return!

After our cruise, my family and I decided to stop by for lunch and we are definitely glad that we did. If you are a fan of Asian food but want more than just one specific ethnic flavor, then this is the place for you – they offer Chinese, Korean, and Thai food to cater to any craving. We ordered the Korean seafood pancake, spicy fish ball soup, Thai basil fried rice, seafood chow fun, salt & pepper squid, house ramen, and potstickers. There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t enjoy. I love the sauce station in the back which really added a nice touch to the meal. My personal favorites was the fried rice and the salt & pepper squid. We got to talk to the owner Bruce for a little bit. He was very friendly and made the meal more personable. Also our server Trevor was very friendly, prompt and had great recommendations for food choices. If we lived in Orlando we definitely would make this place s regular spot.

Overall, I am very happy with my meal and service and experience. The staff are all very friendly and you can tell who the«regulars» are — lots of jovial conversation back and forth between them and the staff. Always a good sign! I ordered the house ramen and pork dumplings. She, the manager(I believe), suggested pan fried instead of steamed so I took her recommendation! I was told the dumplings take a while to make and then she explained the sauce bar to me. While waiting for my ramen I concocted my own sauce — a combo of the Kung pow and sweet chili sauces, with fresh garlic, cilantro, jalapeño and scallion added in. So good! Ramen came out and I looked so pretty! The egg was a perfect texture and consistency, just a little salty. The broth was pretty bland, but I was actually okay with that since all I wanted to drink was the sauce I made! The veggies were fresh and still crisp. But… The pork was tough and dry and chewy. That was a major bummer. Without the sauce I’d give the soup a 7.5. With the sauce it would be bumped up to a 9! The dumplings must be made fresh to order, even the filling, because they came out as I was finishing my ramen. They were huge, lots of pork, and very flavorful. Even better dipped in my sauce! Lol I asked for the check and the manager asked if I saved room for dessert. I am stuffed beyond stuffed but hundred her and asked what she’d recommend. She said hands down the mango cheese pouches. Fresh mango, cream cheese, and fried in a Rangoon wrapper. She convinced me and I splurged. I am so glad I did because they were delicious! The presentation was beautiful too! I will definitely be back! Note: there was a new waiter who started today and he was great too. They were both taking care of me and were super friendly and attentive. Atmosphere: 9(both leather bench seats at my table were cracked) Food: 9 Service: 10 Parking: 2(circled the block a few times — nothing anywhere!)

I ordered the house Ramen and my brother ordered the pork lo mein. Both of us were very impressed by the flavor and freshness of our choices. We really enjoyed the do-it-yourself sauce bar. I mixed fresh jalapeños, fresh cilantro, crushed garlic, Teriyaki, and garlic vinegar together and it turned out to be a great combination. The spring rolls were delicate, very crisp, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection! We will definitely return!

This is probably my 5th visit to Noodles & Rice And I’ve never had a hot pot! I keep telling myself next time but I am always drawn to the tapas– style small plates of flavorful goodness and rice bowls. I love the neighborhood feel and the super-friendly staff and owner who truly wants this place to remain a small business that focuses on quality food & service. We started off by ordering the Salt & Pepper Shrimp which were shell-on lightly tempura fried with fresh basil. These were so amazing we immediately ordered more! I wasn’t sure how I would be about the shell being on but it gave it a nice crunch and was surprisingly tasty. Seafood pancake is one of my favs — fresh squid, shrimp and fish nestled in a flavorful scallion pancake. It’s served with a soy based sauce but I opt for the hot pot topping bar and grab some spicy Korean hot sauce and fresh cilantro to sprinkle on top. The Korean short ribs never disappoint — tangy flavor and tender beef in a few bites. Curry vegetable samosas are great to share but there are only 3 so I’d order a double. Pop one in your mouth with some sweet chili sauce and you’ll only want more. There ingredients are so fresh and good quality — the owner even grows some of the herbs and vegetables himself he said — which is pretty cool in my book. So many restaurants these days worry more about quantity vs. the way a guest’s taste buds ring when they bite into your food. Ok, next time I’m trying the Hot Pot! And a side of those shrimp! ;) TIP: BYOB(bring your own beer) everyday! Don’t forget one is for the chef — it’s the house rule, but I’m all about sharing the love so you can’t beat it.
