Great customer service from PAMELA! I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. She printed out my copies for me in better paper than what’s in the copier and my presentations look great!

People working there don’t know what they are doing. They are rude and not very helpful at all.

I’ve visited this location on two occasions, both times when I was in a bind, and both times exceeded expectations. There isn’t much to say about this location that is any different than any other Fedex except that the staff is amazing.
Back in March I needed to print something that my printer couldn’t handle, and I needed it fast. I sent it to this location using their online printing service and the employee called me immediately to verify my order. Then called me by name when I walked in about 10 minutes later. He had everything ready to go, and I was in and out.
Then, today I was looking for the nearest Fedex to ship a package. This happens to be the nearest location to me. I pulled up and the lady inside saw through the window that I had a big box, so she came out and held the door for me so I wouldn’t have to struggle. Then they had a spot on the counter already cleared for the package. She gave me a packing slip, scanned it, and I was off. That simple.
I have never had such a good experience trying to print or ship anything. I will certainly continue to go to this location.
