I placed on online order with this location. The order was printed by mid-day and I stopped by after work to pick the order up. The employee, Pete, told me a few of the copies hadn’t come out well so he had printed 40 extras. Not sure why he didn’t just replace the bad copies. However, when I looked at the prints, they were horrible. The colors were all off, the pictures were blurry, and some looked like the paper was damaged. Additionally he showed me the«good» new ones, that had blue streaks all over them. He tried to blame it on the file I sent(though I had printed a clean, good copy of the file from home before sending it). He obviously knew the quality of the order was bad because he quickly offered me a refund. However, he apparently did not know how to do this. He disappeared in to the back of the store for 35 minutes to work on it. He did not seem to have access to the order online because he didn’t know how much I paid, whether I used a credit cared, etc. So, what should have been a 5 minute stop turned in to a 40 minute ordeal. I finally was able to get a refund, but I did not get the copies I needed and will now have to try and reorder from another store. When he finished the refund transaction, the store employee did not even attempt to apologize for the poor work or the extremely long time it took to figure out how to get me a refund. I will never return to this store location and I highly suggest you don’t either.
