I hated them they had attitudes and workers looked homeless. Prices, ridiculous and nothing was nice they disrespected my mom and threw cleats at her.

This review is for the shoe department. Called in on a Sunday night at around 8pm to check if they had older version Hyperdunks on clearance. It took me about 5 minutes to get to the shoe department, but the team member that picked up was very kind and paid attention to detail. I asked him if the store had older version hyperdunks or hyperfuses for sale in a 9.5 for less than $ 60. The salesman put me on hold and came back 5 minutes later to give me very specific details about what they had and anything that might match what I was looking for. Unfortunately they did not currently have the shoes that I wanted, but he gave me tips on what other Nike outlets might give me a better chance. He also explained how the shipment system works and advised me to keep calling in so that I wouldn’t have to waste a 20 minute drive to the store. Nice sales rep and very detailed information. I felt very welcome asking questions and I can tell that these guys aren’t just trying to shove me aside so they could move on to the next customer. 4 stars for the wait time and for the hit-and-miss nature of availability 5 stars for customer service

Beware even though they say they close at 9:30 they start kicking people out of the store around 9:10 and close down the registers shortly after.

Fix the store hours on your page. Wasted 20 minute drive.

I was just in the store to do a holiday return. I walked in and saw the 30 people in line and I assumed I would be there for 30+ minutes. I was incredibly impressed by the speed of the line and the efficiency of the employees. The line took 5 – 10 minures and we had our return completed in 3 minutes flat. Job well done on running so smooth during a busy time of the year. Very happy.

Its sucks this is the only Nike outlet close to my place! So I went here last night before they close and find some gems to buy, but unfortunately just realized I left my CC at home when I’m about to pay and there’s no way I can make it in time to go home and get my CC to pay since they’re closing! This girl staff they had on closing at the counter. put my name down and told me «all set and you have 48 hours to pick it up». Went back today to pick it up and pay(THENSUDDENDLYTHESHOES I PUTONHOLDISMISSING!!!) this Asian guy walk in the counter and telling his coworker«THEYCANTPUTJORDANANDFLYKNITONHOLD“pretending didn’t see me waiting at the counter while I’m waiting for my «MYSTERYMISSINGSHOES«. Told him the girl who work there last night failed to mentioned me that and I’m fully honest was not aware on that policy too! And he start raising his voice telling me «well we can’t hold any Jordan and flyknit for«CUSTOMER» «in front of other customer at the counter. Really that’s how you handle the unhappy Customer??? I been spending tons of money on your place and this is how you gonna treat the«CUSTOMER»??? Never apologized and acting he’s the boss while talking to me! Ill snap a pic. Of this Asian guy when I come back there and update here on my review! Its the employee’s fault not telling me that when I ask her to hold those pairs of shoes for me! What a waste of gas and time coming back there for nothing or «MYSTERYMISSINGSHOES» !! IFITSONYOURPOLICY, YOUSHOULDCONSIDERATEHOLDINGTHESHOESFORCUSTOMERSINCEONEOFYOUREMPLOYEE staff FAILEDTOTOTELLMETHAT policy, INSTEAD of putting back on sales rack!!! Thanks for wasting my time and gas!!! Managers please take actions on your staff!

All I wear is nikes a buddy told me about this place so I went and checked it out. A lot of shoes and clothes at crazy low prices. A gentleman named Jon helped me out, now I knew what I was looking for, but he seemed interested in what I was looking for in a shoe, told him I’ve had my knees replaced and he knew exactly what to hook me up with ! Guy knows what he’s talking about! Awesome people very nice and polite only down fall it’s always so crowded!

Store is alright, too crowded for my liking, it’s like Nike was giving stuff away or something. Customers here are usually rude international travelers who don’t know how to say«excuse me» or «sorry for bumping into you». The employees are great and will try to help you to the best of their abilities. In the end you just need to know your prices.

Being with a sneakerfiend, I found myself loving a really good pair of Nikes. Found a pair while window shopping before watching a matinée of Straight Outta Compton at the Block. You will never leave disappointed; the staff is always there to help with any questions.

I love this place, I love Nike, most of all I love shoes! Of course I’m going to give it 5 stars! I never leave disappointed. The back wall is the clearance shoe section. You know you came on the right day when they have an additional 20% off the clearance wall. The employees are always willing to help, very friendly, and able to assist with your shopping needs.

There are some great deals here, my husband likes to shop for Nike products. :) Very spacious, staff are friendly, and selection is pretty good. Prices are reasonable, just need to look around…

Prices are still high for being an outlet. Sometimes I find gems in there but most of the time walk out with nothing. The selection is ok but I find there’s better selection at Nike at Citadel but it costs more.

Always such long lines — always! Be sure to come with your mobile battery fully charged so you can play Candy Crush, Facebook, or right — Unilocal! — while you are standing in line. The Factory Outlet periodically has sales up and beyond what the normal outlet prices are. If you scavenge, you can manage to get a really good deal. Ordinarily, the prices are no lower than Nordstrom Rack’s Nike collections. I’m not super picky about my workout clothes, so I might have a more lenient opinion than others. There is a selection of clearance shoes. Watch out for those. Sometimes, the clearance prices are really good. Othertimes, you might need to do a double take, because you’ll see the clearance price is something like $ 150 still. Some clearance! Overall, they carry a good selection of men’s, women’s and youth apparel for running, training, and other workouts. Check the sale racks for good finds!

My first words out of the womb were«Just do it!». My love for Nike extends to the stars above. My undying loyalty to Nike is evident every time I step onto a court/field/venue as head to toe I am covered in swooshes. I’m like a walking advertisement for Nike, with the sponsor being my own wallet. However, sometimes a relationship has its bumps and bruises, such as this Nike store. The Con Man: — The deals in this store aren’t that great. A lot of items are discounted like $ 5 – 10 dollars. For example a Dri-Fit t-shirt is normally like $ 500 dollars. Here though it’s only $ 495. I might have exaggerated the prices to get my point across, but you get my drift. — There are actually items here that are full price. It’s a factory store! You had ONE job. — The«Clearance» rack isn’t really a rack of items that are ultra discounted. It’s just whatever is leftover, at the normal $ 5 – 10 dollars off full price. This is where you’ll find the hideous looking items. — Tiny tiny store. I’ve honestly seen Footlockers as big as this store. — If you are here to shop for clothing, just go to a regular Nike store where they have more to choose from at almost the same price. Pro: — Shoes. They have a good selection of current styles that are in my opinion very well priced. There are some pretty cool colors available and the shoes are actually discounted a fair amount. I don’t feel as guilty buying Nike shoes here since I tell myself I’m technically saving money. The key is to lie to yourself, and you will leave a happy camper. Disclaimer: This review in no way reflects my feelings towards Nike, only the store. I love you long time Nike.

Went in looking to buy some shoes to work out in but the choices were a little more limited and out of date than I had hoped for. None the less there were still many great selections to choose from. The minute I walked into the shoe section someone asked me if I needed assistance. The area for trying on shoes was a little cluttered with paper from inside the shoes but it was understandable seeing as how it was near closing time.
