$ 10 for regular sized California Chicken sandwich and regular sized blueberry lemonade. Prepared right before your eyes! Employees were friendly and helpful with my silly question(the CA Chicken is a chicken and ranch! It says on the board haha.) I realized while looking at the glass sneeze guard that they have other veggie options for free besides the lettuce and tomato that comes on it. I added jalapeños on last minute. Yes! Plus, it was only like a two minute wait. So legit. I was decently hungry and this thing filled me quite nicely. It was served perfectly hot and amazing, with a slight crunch to the bread but not too much. Ranch was really good, too! Oh, and the blueberry lemonade was perfect!!! Not too sweet nor too bitter, with lots of real blueberries in it! Heaven! So glad I went here on a Main Place Mall employee’s recommendation. You should check it out too!

We were walking around the food court in main place mall and couldn’t find out what we wanted to eat. We found this place through Unilocal and by how it looks in the mall. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with no tomatoes and mushrooms. I also got cheesy gourmet fries. Both were delicious; the buns were soft as you took a bite into them and the cheese on the fries were cheesy and still melted.

Order a combo and when I got the combo it looked like they had literally counted every single steak fri. I had to oder an extra side of fries. I’m not one to eat a lot of fries. The sandwich was ok.

Can’t complain. The $ 4 combo of a six inch sandwich and fries was totally worth it. It wasn’t the greatest, and my chicken was a little dry but looking past that the peppers were cooked perfectly and the bread tasted delicious. I’d come back

Well, it’s too bad but the Charley’s on Main Street has closed. We drove by yesterday and the place is stripped to the walls. I’ve been this location on City Blvd a couple of times so I hope it is still good. Sorry this is a short review but I just wanted to let fellow Unilocalers what’s up, I always like their fries with ranch dressing and bacon and other things that are quite tasty. Sorry to see the location close but everything changes some times for the better and sometimes not.

Flavorless cheap meat. For the same price you can get a «cheese steak» at subway across the walkway and that will probably be better in all aspects.

BBQ sandwich lunch special: sub was tiny and the meat was highly processed(similar to canned ham meat, no muscle fibers). The fries were greasy but crispy though. Service made you feel unwelcome. Go across the way to Subway instead for a better deal and healthier option.

Mediocre Philly cheesesteak. Ordered the classic with peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Bread was pretty good, but the meat was hard to chew and could’ve had more cheese. Didn’t order fries, but they looked pretty good.

Lunch on Saturday, 1÷24÷15(first time visiting) This eatery is located near other small food chains like Subway, Rubio’s, and Jamba Juice. Since it was lunch time, there was a short wait time to order and also receive our food/drinks. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. It gets pretty full but people tend to just eat and leave so you won’t have to worry about finding a table. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries. The sandwich is pretty tasty and the bread was fresh, nice and soft. I couldn’t believe how good the french fries tasted though. Make sure you order them when you visit.

This is not a good place to get a sandwich. I tried one their specials for lunch and was shocked at how small the sandwich was. it was more like bruschetta with thin steak slices and cheese instead of tomatoes. Fries were average as well. In their defense, there isn’t any good places to eat inside this entire shopping center, so it’s not like the culture of this mall is a foodies dream or something. If you shop at this center, eat elsewhere before or after shopping, but not at any of the places that reside in the mall itself.

Always consistently good subs regardless of what you order. My fav is the beef, 3 cheese and bacon($ 9+ for the large). Not quite as good as Philly’s Best, but the one near me just closed down so this is my runner-up choice. Much better than the Subway right across the walkway at the Block at Orange… AND, walking distance to the AMC theaters… which have gone bonkers in their movie ticket prices lately. I’m not sure if Charley’s $ 2 to $ 3 higher cost than that of Subway is justified, but they sure seem to lure in the crowds at all hours of the day. The $ 5 Subway monthly specials are hard to beat, and their cookies are great to smuggle into the nearby movies.

Located at the Orange Outlets next to Jamba Juice and across from Subway. This place has been here for as long as I could remember. I use to come here during my high school days with my cousins and not much as changed. What I got: Cheddar & Bacon Fries($ 3.50): the name says it all. It was fries with melted cheese and bacon bits on top. Worth it? Not really. Just order the regular fries and add their seasoning. Large Philly Cheesesteak Deluxe($ 8): it had grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese. Only different between a regular cheesesteak and a deluxe is the green peppers and mushrooms. It was good… I guess. It needed more flavor or some kind of sauce so I just ended up dipping every bite into ketchup. Service: Food came out fast and workers were nice. I thought they handled themselves well considering there was some guy that came in complaining he didn’t like his sandwich because they switched their lettuce to shredded lettuce…

The food here is pretty good for the price. I’ll say it’s one of the best places to eat at the block. The place is pretty small and it could get crowded. The chicken sandwich is really good.

Very great place if you are looking for something fatten yet satisfying. This place delivers with its philly cheese steak sandwiches which is the closes thing we can get here in california that resembles an authentic philly cheese steak. Damn now I wanna hit Philadelphia lol. They grill and cook your food on the spot similar to subway except you know with out the healthiness. This place is my brother’s favorite place at the block of orange simply because you leave with your heart hurting yet completely completely completely satisfied! Yums!
