I needed to install three new cylinders on three locks in my new home, and was looking for a company that was a dealer of Emtek locks, after I was in back-​and-​forth conversations with another locksmith who was not being incredibly forthcoming in helping me (I think maybe because the other locksmith was not an Emtek dealer, and I was more of a nuisance to them?).
One call to Comlock took care of all of that. They showed up early and on-​time for my appointment, fixed everything, and I’m good to go. The locksmith was incredibly nice. I would recommend them in an instant to anyone in need of basic locksmith services like me.

Comlock service has always been quick, kind, and friendly. When I walked into the store I was greeted with warm smiles and even better service. I needed keys cut as well as locks for backpacking Europe and they were vey patient with me and helped me pick out the best and most secure locks. They even took the time to show me how to use these locks. The keys they cut me work like a charm so much better than my home depot ones. While talking to the workers I found out that this company has been a 4 generation family business. For them to be still open and thriving after all these years they must be doing something right.

I called this company and talked to Cynthia yesterday after seeing numerous positive reviews on another site. They used to be Called Bill’s Lock & Safe. This is a four-​generation family company having been in business many years.
Cameron came out to our commercial property in Fullerton today during the time frame promised and expertly re-​keyed three locks. Also, Cameron made three keys for each lock, removed one padlock and sold me another one for a total of $ 178.61. Cameron did all the work in about an hour, was very pleasant and professional.
Also, Cameron dealt with the previous tenant’s very loud alarm that was going off after we entered the building, which is indicative out his ability to adapt to situations as they occur.
I would definitely use this company again and refer Comlock to anybody!

Charged $ 175 for new locks after we moved in to our new house. Lock stopped working in front door after becoming too loose. Found out that person from Comlock had only temporarily fixed the lock. The hole in the door for the lock was too small, so instead of making it bigger to fit the lock set properly, he just used screws that were just barely enough too hold the lock together, at least for a few days. I tightened the screws, but it was only a temporary fix as it kept getting loose. When I called to complain the person told me they would let the manager know. Of course, no response. I kept calling back, but the person kept saying manager was not in.
