HS Locksmiths – Long Beach

I called Michael to replace front and back door locks and found his prices to be more than fair for what he does and for the time that he spent I can say that I’m very pleased with the quality of the work that I got the level of professionalism I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Locked my keys in my car, Michael arrived within 20 minutes and helped me out at a reasonable price, great and fast service, highly recommended.

Bull Shitters! Don’t waste your money time and effort! I called asking for a quote cuz I locked my keys inside my car the guy there picks up and tells me there’s a service call charge and the minimum for this services is $ 35… So I thought ok it can’t be anymore than $ 50 overall to get my keys in my car.
Well! When the guys get here they walk around my car asks a couple of questions then they tell me «it’ll be $ 120.00 to get your keys out without damage!!! WTF! It doesn’t end there when I refused they give me a bull shit excuse, «I spoke to my supervisor and we can reduce it to $ 100, you can’t get any better than that! So I told them I just spoke to another locksmith and he quoted me $ 50 flat rate. These men had the galls to call me a LIAR! Then they made me call that locksmith PUT HIM ON SPEAKER so he can say «we charge $ 50 flat rate out the door.» I honestly am disgusted with these guys. Then they met the competitor’s price. Either way my experience was horrible and so is this company!

Michael replaced all of my door locks and doorknobs (both interior and exterior) at my new house. He showed up at my door about an hour after my first call to him.
Michael was very professional, honest, well priced, and detail oriented. He provided excellent advise and spent the time to educate me on the safest ways to do things. He also said he will come back free of charge to fix any items if needed.
Michael comes with my highest recommendation and I would happily refer him to anyone.

David was the best !! I locked myself out of my car when I was in a hurry, and they were there within 20 minutes (well David was). Quality service at a good price !! I’m a satisfied customer which is rare for me to say.

This is THE locksmith to go to… I locked my keys in my car like the dumbass that I am and within 20 mins this guy came out and unlocked my car in a moments notice. And he gave me a super good price. If I ever lock my keys in my car I’ll be sure to call these guys again.

I am updating this review because the original review was not intended to be for the business but for Unilocal.The owner reached out to me and offered to come and make my duplicates at my location, however I too am mobile. Customer service is obviously a priority with this company and that alone is worth 4 stars as customer service seems to be a dying notion.
