I am extremely disappointed in this store! I hope that in the near future Unilocal decides to allow reviewers to be able to rate places with 0 stars. Because if I was able to do it now, I would! I decided to come shopping here because I came across one of their Instagram posts that was advertising all clothing items«Buy One, Get One 50%.» Upon arriving the vibe in the store made me uncomfortable, which is a rare case for me because I’m pretty oblivious to the«vibes» people give out; keep in mind that the only other people in the store were my mother, a female employee, and 2 male employees. Anyway, I decided to ignore the feeling since I was already there and started to look around. After browsing through the store I decided to try on the items I had picked out. When I asked if I could try on the items one of the male employees asked if I was wearing any make-up, I wasn’t, however the question extremely bothered me and I’m sure it wasn’t hard to tell since it is extremely easy for others to read me based on my facial expressions. He then decided to explain that they do not allow customers to try on light colored clothing because the items might get stained with make-up, but because I wasn’t wearing any he would make the exception THISONETIME. This is complete and utter BULLCRAP! I have been to countless fashion and department stores and have never encountered any«rule» like this. How do you not allow a customer try on an item because they’re wearing make-up?! Especially if you’re selling women’s clothing and most women wear make-up!!! Anyway, 2 strikes, one left to go. After my mother and I made our selections we proceeded to the register to pay for our items that were 2 dresses and 2 blouses. I showed the male that was at the register the Instagram posts since it was stated that to receive the discount you had to show this before paying for your items. After he took FOREVER, to ring the items he said that our total was $ 72.87. I was confused since it was only 4 items and we were supposed to be getting 50% discount on 2 items. I asked him if we got the discount and he said yes, so we paid. After he placed the receipt in the bag without asking if I wanted it there or to be handed to me(which is a question they ask every time everywhere else), he handed me the bag and my mother and I started making our way out. I quickly checked the receipt and noticed that instead of giving us 1 dress and 1 blouse for 50% off he decided to give us the discount on both of the cheapest items which were the 2 blouses. We only saved $ 10 when we could’ve saved $ 30 had he done what they do at every respectable store! Obviously, this isn’t one of them! I returned to the register to ask him to explain why we got the discount on the items we did instead of the others that I previously mentioned, and all he said was«if you would’ve paid for your items separate you would’ve gotten the discount you’re talking about, and since you can’t return the items we can’t do anything about it.» Btw, he never said anything about the items being final sale before we paid, which they advise you at EVERY other store if this is the case. I said«okay, thank you.» And walked away, as I was doing so the other male employee mockingly said, «thank you!» He had absolutely no reason to do this since despite of everything that happened I was never rude or acted out of character. It is needless to say that I will NEVER come here again, I felt UNCOMFORTABLE, ROBBED, and DISRESPECTED! I will make sure to let all of my friends and family know about the AWFUL experience I had here so they let others know as well. I truly believe this is a such a shame since I love supporting family owned businesses, especially when they’re local. I hope that they improve their TERRIBLE customer service so that others won’t experience what I went through.

The staff is very nice and the store is set up nicely as well but some of the clothing is not classy at all or that cute just my personal opinon you can find some cute jackets and cardigans
