A staff member offered to find another size for me while I was in the dressing room. After 5 minutes, I came out to see if she had found anything. She was waiting on another customer. When I asked her about it she said that the customer had a question. I asked her why she didn’t get another salesperson to help me. She responded with «She was in the back» No one apologized for the lack of service. I called corporate and the regional office and neither responded.

Walked in with my wife to buy some clothes for Christmas parties, and the only thing that was good is we got a hello welcome by two workers sitting down on there phones. We looked around the store for awhile and not once did they advertise any sales or ask if we needed any help. Im sorry i thought we were at a store that was suppose to be professional with clothing. Co workers only talked to themselves and not to customers. DURING THE WHOLE HOUR IN THE STORE ALL WORKERS WERE ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND TALKING ABOUT THERE NEW T-​MOBILE PHONE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD START A NO PHONE POLICY
