McDonald’s

They somewhat improved in the early morning. Got an oatmeal, coffee and a sausage egg mcmuffin. They forgot to give me a spoon and a stirring straw for my coffee.

Customer service is awful, I don’t going to this location. It’s unreal how miserable these workers seem.

So just went to this McDonalds and got 4 big macs and 2 large french fries, and the fries filled up ¾, I have to pay almost 3 $ each fry and not even be filled? Service was good, but really mcdonalds? Posted a picture as well. Changing to 3 star as I’ve been to this location many times, and fries are the only issue when I go here.

You have 1 job and you fail at it far too regularly! When I order chicken for my 2 year old and get home to find a cheese burger, when I’ve had a busy day and am already irritated that I don’t have time to feed my family a healthy meal, I am obviously not going to be happy! You try getting a 2 year old to eat a burger when he just wants chicken! Thanks for nothing. I’m guessing my order was wrong Because the drive thru attendant and manager were too busy singing songs at each other to check it! I am absolutely livid! I will gladly drive out of my way rather than go to this location again. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is definitely the time that pushes me over the edge to never again!

This is by far the worst McD’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, I’ve given them way too many chances because they’re right next door, but I’m done. Tonight we ordered chicken nuggets and they were all dark and gross. They either have a bad fryer or they don’t change out the oil enough. Either way, it’s unacceptable. Stay away. You’ve been warned.

This McDonald’s sucks!!! I had stopped going here even though it is closer to my home than the one on Euclid. I ordered a McMuffin with bacon instead of ham and paid extra for the substitution. Get home and guess what? I have sausage!!! I know I should have checked it before I left but is that so hard to do? This is not the first time I have had a problem with this McDonald’s. I haven’t been here in over a year because their prices are also higher than the other McDonald’s (i.e., coffee is $.25 more). I guess I will wait another year before visiting this establishment again!!!

I’m glad this McDonald’s moved into the neighborhood. Of course everyone knows generally what to expect, but this location has met our expectations rather well. A good thing is that this location isn’t quite as crowded as some McDonald’s locations. And service has certainly been good and quick generally.
Granted, this stuff is not health-​food. I don’t advocate eating at McDonald’s too often. But when occasionally pressed for time and money, it is indeed a convenient place to get a quick tasty bite. Personally, I find some of their full size burgers a bit overpriced, but if you use the «dollar» menu type stuff you can also obtain a meal for a very low price. ($ 1.49 McDoubles really help in a pinch). Personally, I don’t drink much soda, but my wife claims that the Coca-​Cola from McDonald’s is better than anywhere else. Could it be?
Another thing we’ve really enjoyed about having this location nearby is that when my wife and I feel like enjoying a treat together, and if money’s a little tight, we can stop in for a sundae. I have caramel, she has fudge. They’re so delicious! At only a little over a dollar each, it’s a great way to spend a little time together enjoying one of life’s little simple pleasures, on a budget.

If I can give this place NO stars I would! Went to order lunch and breakfast today so I waited till 11 am for lunch and thinking the lunch would be fresh since it would be the first batch they would make and it was all stale!!! So f***in gross! This burger and fries had to be from last night it wasn’t even fresh! And my sausage mc muffin was also stale! The bread was as hard as a rock! And cold! This is the worst McDonald ever! They also have incompetent employees working there because they’ve charged me wrong multiple times! I wonder if McDonald’s does a background check before hiring employees because one of the girls that works the cash register looks like a crack head! Don’t come to eat here these people suck and they are rude!

One star because I’m pregnant and if you’ve ever been pregnant you know how terrible pregnancy cravings will hit you at the most random inconvenient times… So of course I stopped here during the lunch rush and the wait was so long. I waited 15 before I could even order at the voice box. But that wasn’t even the problem I order and they are out of fries. A McDonald’s out of fries?!? I practically cried

Dear McDonalds,
Why does there always have to be a problem when ordering something from your drive-​thru? Weather it’s not providing any napkins in the bag, or instead of being asked if we would like condiments with our meal we must be the one to ask for it, and is still left out, or an order of 2 apple pies and we get one blueberry and one apple. I mean you tag the dang box so you can read what type of fruit is in the pie, but we still get the incorrect one? But most of all, the main part of the meal. Weather it’s the sandwich, wrap or what ever is ordered. You’d think you want to make it fresh, and tasteful so that it’s quality food that people would want to come back for. But it seems like it’s all about just making a quick buck now-​a-​days. Today, my sister and I ordered a ‘Premium Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich.’ 2 fries, asked for freshly made w/​no salt, one made well done, a medium coke and a McDouble. Fries were under cooked, and my sister who asked for the well done fries, yep. not well done. Please see the picture below of my wonderful ‘Premium Chicken Sandwich’. The ONLY THING premium was the price. I wonder if the CEO of McDonalds, Steve Easterbrook, actually eats at McDonalds. What if he were to have received my meal? Or even the person who made my food. Would they have liked to get what I received? I really doubt it. Make some changes in quality of the food and in customer service.

First time at this location, and last time walked in i was not greeted nor did anyone offer to take my order after waiting for 4 minutes in front of the register I walked.

I wish they would change management in this location! Horrible!!! Constantly they forget my food or «forget» to charge me for stuff. Annoying!!! I have 5 kids and I get home and 90% of the time my order is missing stuff… so I have to drive all the way back!!! Try telling one kid everyone can eat but them. Then you go back and get the missing food and you come back to cold fries and melted ice. And the manager girl who works the drive thru at night is the rudest lady I have ever encountered in customer service. Smile lady!!!

One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been too. Super fast too! The staff is nice and make sure your order is correct. Definetly would come to this mcdonalds over the others.

McMuffin was bomb, english muffin was crispy but $ 1.29??? Sounds like it might go for $ 2.00… They gotta remember… Its Mcdonalds lol

Just left this place… All the front line workers are dysfunctional! I should had gotten the name of the rudest girl there who needs a new job!

I’m giving this place 3 stars… Just because breakfast all day. Otherwise NO STARS!!! It’s McDonalds, so have absolutely no expectations on quality… Service or Food

Check your food before you leave the drive thru they are always going to forget something

Every time I go here all the employees seem like they really hate their jobs. No eye contact, no smiles, nothing. About 8 times out of 10 my order is wrong and/​or cold. I will admit they are usually fast when going thru the drive thru but it really doesn’t matter if my order is always wrong. For example, I just got a two cheese burger meal with no pickles and no onions. The guy asked if I wanted to make it large and I said yes. When I get home, My meal was a small but I paid for a large, and they still put pickles and onions on the burgers not to mention the cold fries. And they want $ 15 an hour? Haha. NO

Rude, the cashier walked away as soon as it was my turn to order. Then they skipped me for the person who came in after me.
To make things worse the restrooms were horrible and needed some serious cleaning…
If the restrooms are that dirty then I’d hate to see the employees.

This locations sucks there always so rude even the managers are one time the lady taking my order was sooo rude I wanted to speak to the manager which I never do I’m normaly not that person to complain so I tell the next person can I speak the a manger she looked at me and said umm why and I said because I would like to speak to them she left the window open looked at the manager and said are you gunna deal with her and both start laughing it was so rude how are they suppose to have a leader that’s just as rude I can go on about the cold old food and rudeness but I don’t think it would all fight go to a different place
