Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the friendliest chipotles I have ever visited.
Everyone was smiling and they seemed to really enjoy their environment. Employees who buy into this will have an impact on the customers.
Great job Ontario Chipotle!

Why eat at Chipotle? Chipotle has become a beacon of trash chain food operating under the guise of healthy, «fresh» Mexican.
Perhaps we’re all nostalgic for the days when they made a decent burrito and had guacamole suitable for the Gods. Unfortunately, we’re all delusional for thinking Chipotle’s glory days will ever make a come back. Their guacamole has evolved into dull, flavorless mashed avocado and their meat will leave your intestines screaming for help.
Today, I made the decision to NEVER eat at Chipotle again after making an online order and having to leave empty handed. I arrived 15-​minutes after the scheduled pick-​up and my order was not ready – they seemed to have forgotten it! Since I have a short lunch break, I didn’t have time to wait another ten minutes for the staff to prepare my food. After walking out the door, hungry and disappointed, I decided never again! Poor service and food quality don’t earn my business. RIP Chipotle.

Eh. Im a big fan of Chipotle, just not this location.
i’ve been here 4 – 5 times, and it seems like the food is always mediocre.
The rice is never up to par with other chipotles, steak always super dry and over cooked.
Parking reaaallly sucks at the location, and one time i put in an online order an hour before it needed to be picked up to avoid lunch rush and it wasnt even ready when i came in.
Doesnt seem like employees really care…

Happy to say that this place is great people were so nice to us. And the fact that I’m taking the time to write this review means that they did great. Great people great food. Best mix ever.

This location is not as bad as others … Very small location with a heavy traffic and parking. Employees where very helpful a little to much. One of the employees added Pico de gallo to my bowl without asking me and ruined the whole bowl. But the reason she did that was because you have two employees not communicating with each other. Not a big deal it got corrected.
Issues: I noticed a male heavy set employee grabbing a bag of shredded romaine opened it and dumped it on the tray and began serving it. I never saw them wash or rinse the lettuce. This might be a health concern, I’m not sure where they get there product or of it gets washed prior to being shipped to stores.
I’ve seen worse issues at locations near by some don’t even carry any Romaine this one wasn’t as bad.
My concern and question to Chipotle is does your lettuce get washed or is this being over looked??? Because this is how ppl get sick and the reason Chipotle has a bad Reputation.

They made a mistake on one of boy’s quesidialls. They were so apologetic and determined to make it right. They offered a free other item. The customer service was so good that I was happy they messed up so I can see how well they handled it. Very friendly staff. We will be back for sure!

Was on my way to the Citizens Business Bank Arena for an Ontario Reign game and stead of eating overpriced aren food, I decided to consume some Food with Integrity. I used the Chipotle app to find the nearest Chipotle to the arena and was lead to this location. The food was the standard yummy you expect from Chipotle. The service was not the expected good Chipotle quality. I found the staff here to be rude and not patient at all. In their defense their computer system was down, so maybe that had some baring on their attitude but life happens sometimes and you just have to fake a smile.

My nephew from Texas and I were in here to eat and we came in as soon as they open at 10:30 they did not have the meat ready that we wanted so they were so nice enough to give us our food for free nice enough to afford us extra beers :-)

It’s the only chipotle I go to. I think they have great customer service and they always recognize me when I go in. Jasmine is always so friendly.

The service here is very bad and the employees are very rude and impatient. I wish there was another one near to where I live because I love chipotle, but the customer service at this one makes the experience a disappointment. Also the servings are ridiculous! If I’m spending about $ 11 dollars I better have a steak bowl with steak in it not just beans and rice! Rip off!

I have a love hate relationship with chipotle it’s so good but makes my stomach rumble and bubble lol

This is the only Chipotle that’s not stingy with their chips, most locations barely fill the bag halfway… love this location

I’m a big Chipotle fan and I’ve gone to several locations but this particular location lacks customer service as well as food quality. All of my visits have been dissapointing…

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle’s and this is the only one that has been absolutely horrible!

My husband and I drove from Eastvale to eat here. We were served well and receive good customer service. I will come back again. Thanks to all of the staff working tonight.

Taste of the food is what’s expected from every chipotle. Reason for my 2 stars is because of the service. Rude workers sometimes ruin the experience. The bag of chips I got were stale. The chips weren’t even crunchy; they were soft. I didn’t like it and I told them that that’s not the taste and texture of the chips that’s I’m used to from chipotle. The guy there made faces at me and said something to his co-​worker and they laughed at me but I could careless what they think. The replacement bag of chips I got were regular tasting and I was pleased. If they would have just replaced the chips without the hassle then I would have given this chipotle a better review. And also, I’ve noticed that the amount of chips you get at this chipotle is less than other chipotles. I’m not the only one who has said this about this particular chipotle.

I came here and ordered a bowl of white rice w/​chicken & a salad bowl. The guy helping me skimped out on the chicken, rice, and veggies. The service was alright and their food did not look fresh.

I have never been through the line at this location.
I work a couple streets away from this location and I always order online. I have never had an issue ordering my food. I even have to change my order window time to time and they have never given me any issues.
The food is good and I know what to expect each time I come in.
I love the online order line! You just walk to the front left and get your food. Very convenient especially since I only have 30 minutes to eat lunch!

I come to chipotle often because it’s around the corner from my house but I find myself going to other locations slightly farther due to their horrible customer service.
There’s one particular woman who is the best and makes sure to apologize on behalf of her rude coworkers. I’ve never caught her name but she’s the sweetest.
Now… There’s one male server who is RUDE. A coupe months ago I was ordering 4 bowls and he kept mixing up the bowls. I don’t mind ordering things throughout the line but don’t mix up the order of the bowls or I won’t know which is which. He was trying to rush me the whole time. The line consisted of 2 people (me and one other person) he had no reason to rush me. After he mixed up the bowls instead of just starting up a new bowl he angrily threw the bowl in the trash nearly hitting his coworker with food and the container. He started throwing all the ingredients in and he was visibly upset at me. He might as well spit in my food.
So if you take a chance on this location cross your fingers you don’t get the skinny guy with a THICK Latin accent. He’s horrendous!

The way hat they wrap the burritos 2 stars! Twice I’ve gone and the tortilla tears open and then they get upset because I asked to re wrap. The corn that they put was frozen. I don’t think I’ll be going back
