Stride Rite Shoes

I stopped by this store today with my sister since she was getting my little nephew several pairs of shoes. I was sad to see that the store was closing, but in this world, sadly, the internet wins again. This store is specific to little children’s cute tiny feet! The staff are trained well in how to size a child and find the perfect pair of shoes for their growing little feet. Not only is this store equipped with almost every type of shoe your little tyke would need but it also has fun wooden toys that allow children to feel welcome and unafraid of breaking something. They also have a great selection of wooden puzzles that are also learning tools! I really hope that this store will do well if not in Omaha then another city close by. They have much to offer if more people realize that especially with shoes, a perfect size for your little one is more important than the convenience of ordering them online.

Love the shoes and we’ve always had good service, but the last few times we’ve gone it they never seem to have (either out on the shelves or in the size we need) the shoes I’ve looked at online. I am told that «Dave doesn’t order many of the online styles.» Also, when they no longer seem to have the BOGO ½ off sale like they’ve had in the past. The last time was a $ 5 off one pair, $ 10 off two pairs, etc. Might have to get the kids measured at the store and order online in the future.

The shoes are good quality which you are paying for it. The service has much to be desired. They were really busy when I went in so I waited and looked around. The lady was standing there so I asked her for help and she looked at me and said she was busy helping somone else. I went around to some of the other shops in the area and found some great places that I will have to go back to with my kids, at least my time was not completly waisted. I went back after an hour and was able to get the shoes.
