I wouldn’t say this is the best pizza place but it’s okay. The pizza I ordered was a regular pepperoni pizza, the crust tasted like cardboard and the toppings wasn’t very well cooked. I hope the people do a better job cooking the pizzas.

A pillar of Olympia’s west side. There’s something here for everybody including great calzones and a solid beer selection.

I love Vic’s. I don’t have a single criticism. They have a kitschy aesthetic that is fun but easy on the eyes and a lot of seating which makes it ideal for groups. Their variety of pizzas and beers are great– so many vegetarian options that I eat even though I’m not vegan or vegetarian! They also have a full espresso menu which has perked me up and saved my bacon numerous times over. Like many, many independent places in Olympia they don’t have the customer service standard of cloying fake happiness in every interaction and I don’t like eating places where the staff is forced to adopt vocal fry and ask me nine thousand questions before we end a transaction. Are there places you will get more pizza, more emotional sensitivity and quicker service for less money-yes. Will the pizza be better? I really doubt it.

This place seems overpriced for what they serve. The toppings are good but the combo of said toppings seems like they are trying to look trendy, creative and cool rather than actually worrying about what tastes good. The crust lacks salt and is biscuty in nature. They are better than Doby’s but not by much.

Pretty expensive for what you get. They don’t put many toppings on or that much sauce. The dipping sauce that came with the calzone was not good at all. It tasted very strongly of fennel or something similar. and that overpowered everything. Many of the flavors did not mesh well.

This is probably the best pizza place I’ve been to in Washington. The crust it fluffy but not too fluffy. The toppings were awesome(we got the specialty pizza called ‘the greener’), the staff was friendly. I’m only giving it four stars because it took like 45 minutes for us to get our pizza. Go during regular hours! Not peak hours!

I live walking distance to this place! It’s the best lunch or dinner in town! Pizza by the slice of pizza as a whole. Sometimes they have awesome choices, if you go on a lunch rush be prepared for limited options, only cause they go so fast! I always ask for mine a little more well done so it’s not as soft. I seriously eat here once a week. Great prices, funky fun casual atmosphere and we always come back. Staff is super nice too, they usually always say bye or thank you when you walk out the door. Great spot for a quick not fast food lunch

I stopped in at Vic’s yesterday for the first time. It was a little after lunch, but it was not too busy. I imagine it probably gets busy normally during the lunch/dinner hours, but that wasn’t the case today. The staff was pleasant, yet straightforward. I was asked if I wanted a plate when I was seen eating my pizza out the box(I ordered a Westside locker to-go) and declined, stating I was just getting a few bites before I left. Now, to the reason I went to Vic’s in the first place: the pizza. As I stated earlier, I ordered a 14″ Westside Locker. It is a pretty basic pizza, with salami/pepperoni/Canadian bacon/Italian sausage as the toppings. The total came to about $ 18. The toppings were good quality; the cheese was average; the crust was slightly above average; and the sauce was disappointing. No flair, nothing memorable at all when it comes to the sauce. Thankfully they have a few different options for sauces, and I plan on experimenting in the next few months. The right sauce could have improved this pizza substantially. If asked to compare the pizza to another shop’s product, I would say Vic’s pizza most closely resembles Papa Murphy’s pizzas. Overall, it is a good atmosphere, the facility itself looks well-kept/clean, and I will probably give Vic’s a few more chances before I move on in my hunt for good pizza in Olympia.

New to Olympia and wanted a good pizza. So we went threw reviews and asked around and was told to go to Vics. I can’t have red sauce so I asked about an Alfredo sauce which she said they have. Super excited. So I ordered the Sherman with Alfredo sauce and a LG Cheese with red sauce. The pizza tastes Amazing! ONLY complaint I have was the pizza is kinda dry, Not enough sauce. With Alfredo sauce you have to coat it well or it ends Up dry. So next time I will ask for more sauce. But we will return. Thank You.

Very good pizza and especially creative menu/ingredients. The pizza with pesto sauce and artichoke hearts was fantastic and the others were good too. I have a hard time fully describing the vibe that I appreciate about this place but it was inviting and thoughtful.

This is my 2nd favorite pizza place in Olympia. Super yummyyyy. I miss all the pictures they had up of all the customers dogs. Wish they had kept that.

Great food, could go without the attitude up front though. Waited 20 mins to find out my slice was forgotten in the oven. Another kind employee apologized and offered me free cookies and a new slice that was ready in 3 minutes. I get its stressful when you’re busy but projecting your emotions onto your guests is bad form.

Easily the best pizza in Olympia. Super selection, great crust & pizza by the slice. Craft beer selection is solid and the old-time feel fits perfectly with a great pizza joint.

Ladies and gentlemen, hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had! Pizza by the slice, fresh, crispy, flavorful, and the best part, you can get a flight of four 5oz beers for $ 4! I have a great experience each and every time I swing by; friendly staff and great service! Located on the Westside of Oly, however they have a second location in Tumwater off of Capitol Blvd.

Yum! Talk about some of the best pizza in town! My husband and I were driving around looking for a new place to try and we drove by Vic’s and decided we should give it a try… I mean… who doesn’t love a good slice of pizza? The restaurant is small but has enough seating and doesn’t feel super crowded. They have their menu hung up and their pizzas by the slice by the register for you to peek at. Don’t miss the specials board, it’s on the right side near the register and features the Pizza Of The Day and Soup Of The Day. I have tried something new almost every time we have eaten here and it has all been super delicious… I haven’t tried one that I wouldn’t order again. I asked one of the employees what their favorite was and he said the pizza with potato on it(I don’t know if it has a name or not), so I ordered that and holy cow it was awesome… I highly recommend trying that if you see it up for a slice! Also, their pesto pizzas are so delicious and filling, that’s another I would recommend. Even their regular cheese and pepperoni is super tasty. I love that they have so many vegan options as well. We have lots of family and friends who have a hard time finding places to eat and this place is perfect for choices for everyone!

I don’t like whole wheat anything… in attempt to be healthier, my friend and I split an 18″ pizza on a whole wheat crust. My half was roasted veggies with goat cheese and his was an olive oil-garlic sauce with clams. Vic’s changed my mind! I couldn’t tell it was a whole wheat crust – it was crispy and thin, delicious! Not the best pizza I’ve ever had but pretty darn good. The pizza was a great accompaniment with wine, while binge watching television shows.

After church, a group decided we should go here for lunch. As a vegan, I always dread going out to eat with group because wherever we go I’m always the difficult order for a server already swamped with after church groups. When I found out they catered to a vegan diet I was in heaven. I ordered an entire pizza for myself and ate more than half of it in one sitting. I recommend this place for anyone looking for great vegan pizza.

One of my favorite pizza places in town! My biggest complaint is that they are on the Westside & not closer to my house, otherwise I’d be eating them all the time!(They opened a 2nd place in Tumwater, but it’s not much closer to my house & I’ve been there a handful of times, they are not as good as their Westside sister restaurant. I hope they figure out the magic of the Westside one. I’ve had one too many burnt or WAY over cooked pizzas with skimpy toppings. And the staff was down right rude to us, more than once!) The staff on the Westside are tops, amazing, so friendly, always smiling, fun to chat with. No complaints. For the New York style pizza this is the best. I prefer them over Old School Pizza now. They are super fresh, have AMAZING ingredients, & a huge variety of toppings to chose from. Almost too many, we want them all. Many yummy sauce choices. The dough is delicious, the best in town, in my opinion. And apparently that of many folks since this place was recommended to me by many, many people. Again, the downside is I live WAY across town! By the time I get it home, it’s luke warm or cold. :( PLEASEOPENONEINLACEY! ;) The other negative, for me, the mother of 3 now adult children, is that if you want to eat there, prepare for it being loud & kids running crazy. LOL Not the dining experience we want or feel that we «deserve» now that our kid days are over, but they do have WAY more seating then the Tumwater place. It is fun to sit, enjoy a beer & pick from the many choices of slices they sell. I like to do that so I can try different pizzas. That is how I found some of my now favorite pies! And they have great beer too. Can’t say enough good stuff about how much we love this pizza!!!
