Late on the time of delivery, it’s was cold and the crust was burnt. We had way better pizza from pizza hut. This pizza hut sucks. Very disappointed!

I order here at least twice a month, and I usually don’t have any issues. Food is hot, and for the most part, the staff are nice. However, they did screw up my order once and I’m still a little bitter about it. I had ordered the pasta, which comes with breadsticks, and then I had ordered an additional batch if breadsticks. An employee I had never seen before checked me out and gave me my order, and I noticed I only had one order of breadsticks. I check the receipt, and saw that yes, I was charged for another order of breadsticks. I talked to the woman over the counter, and being very nice I told her they mistakenly shorted me a breadsticks, and she was very snippy, insisting that I was only owed one order. After five minutes of explaining to this woman that the pasta comes with breadsticks, and then I ordered and paid for an additional serving, she wasn’t responsive to my concerns, and I left. I was sorted 4.25. I know it’s not a lot, but it’s the principle of it. Ever since that happened, I’ve thought twice about ordering, and going to another pizza chain instead. But still, it’s good food and service like 99% of the time. Just stand your ground if you run into this employee.

Totally gross, the bread sticks aren’t even bread sticks!

If you like 75 degree pizza 30 minutes later than promised this is the place! I ordered for delivery, they quoted a 30 minute time frame for delivery. After 55 minutes i called and the manager said that it was right on time and should be there any minute. 10 minutes later(1 hour 5 minutes after ordering) the pizza showed up cold. I called and asked for a replacement pizza and the manager assured that if i got an other, «it will come out of the same oven at the same temperature» I then took the pizza in for a refund. I work at a shop and used a thermometer we have handy and the pizza read 75 degrees. 5 degrees above room temperature. I took one bite and had to spit it out. I understand delays happen. I understand sometimes pizza is late. But the store manager refused to admit any fault in the matter resulting in a VERY dissatisfied customer.

Im a pizza hut fan. And recently they are no longer the most expensive of all the chains Thank God. Theyre an option for my family of 3 to get away with some wings and pizza for $ 35 at most. This review is all about the wings. We Love, Love, Love their honey BBQ wings. They are way better than buffalo wild wings and fresh! Not the microwave and sauce taste that buffalo wild wings has. I often order a 22 pc bbq traditionl bone in wing order to have with lunch and dinner. Staff and dine in service is also very good here. Even on a busy friday night. Pretty good place for a old time, fast food pizza joint.

First I’d like to say that I would have gladly given this particular location a five star rating, HOWEVER, after a recent experience I had, I am loathe to do so. As far as quality and consistency go, they are right on target. I prefer their pizza to dominos and other chain pizzas. I always opt for Pizza Hut when ordering pizza and have never been disappointed until this past Thanksgiving Eve… I had been baking all day long in preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday the following day. Before I knew it, it was 9:30 and I hadn’t fed myself or my family anything for dinner yet. So I decided to order pizza online from the Pizza Hut that just so happens to by directly across the street from me. Everything went smoothly during the online ordering process aside from the estimated delivery time of almost an hour from the time I ordered. I figured it was the eve of a major holiday and they may have been busy, so I let it slide. Then an hour came and went, still no pizza. I realized we were fast approaching the time that they would be closing, so I decided to give them a call to see where my food was. Upon calling them, I was informed by the night manager that they had run out of breadsticks and had tried to call me to let me know, but I had not answered so they just decided to cancel my entire order. That’s right, they canceled the whole order over breadsticks! The most insignificant part of the meal. I was dumbfounded. When I asked if I would still be able to get my food, I was informed that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they ran out of the ingredients needed. I asked if they ran out of ingredients to make pizza as well and was met with a long pause, then was informed that they no longer had the dough needed to make the large pizza I had ordered. By this point, I was so fed up that I just told the girl who was also VERY rude to forget about it. It was obvious from her attitude that she was anxious to get out of work on time and didn’t want to bother with fulfilling my order. If I hadn’t called to see where my food was, I would have never known what happened. Considering I had ordered online, they should have been able to reach me through my email with a cancellation or something. I have ordered from other pizza places in the past and have had them run out of breadsticks after I had submitted an online order. In those cases, they delivered my pizza on time and explained why there were no breadsticks in person and simply removed them from my order. They did NOT decide to cancel an entire order based on the inability to provide a side dish that I was prompted to order by the system at the last minute and could have cared less about. This entire ordeal was very disappointing for so many reasons. This was a complete customer service fail. I have not and will not order from them any longer after this. I am forced to go with Dominos or Brewery City because I live so close to the Pizza Hut, there is no other location option for me to choose to order from unless I want to go pick it up.

They no longer deliver to Tumwater. App & website oders are beyond tedious. Go to Brewery city pizza. They have a simple easy to order site.

Yeah, I try to stay away from chains but we were hungry after a weekend of boy scout camp and didn’t want to drive around too much. We ordered boneless wings and a stuffed crust pizza and I really don’t have any complaints about any of it. Although boneless wings are really just chicken strips… right? We also had pepsis and we were really thirsty and the waiter filled them back up before we even got our pizza. Great service. But it is a chain and is missing that little homemade extra to get the 5 stars.

I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut because their food and quality is consistent throughout the franchise. Due to the weak economy, Pizza Hut made the decision to lower their pricing and offer more specials, and as a result my family does carry out with them 3 – 4 times a month. I also like their inexpensive lunch buffet, although I wish they had a bit more variety in their salad options.
