My husband and I until recently enjoyed ordering pizza from this establishment. We Had a few issues with the amount that was charged even with a good promo going… Was told that a manager will call to deal with the problem, which never happened. Then called them the third time, the same guy that took our order… told my husband that he has better things to do than help us… ama that is when the manager for involved.
As much as we love Papa Johns… I will take my business elsewhere.

Waited an hour for delivery, then they finally call me to tell me that they couldn’t find my house, which is right on a main street, just a mile away from the store. When the delivery man was handed the phone to talk with me, he sat there quiet for a minute, then said «Got an address for me or what?» on the phone, in an annoyed tone. I told him it’s the same address that I gave as the delivery address when I ordered online, to which he said, «Oh! I’ll be there in just a minute!». He showed up, handed me lukewarm pizza and wings, and I foolishly pre-​paid the tip online… Goddamnit. Screw you Peyton Manning.

I had high hopes for Papa Johns. The crust was good and the sauce had a lot of flavor.
Unfortunately the toppings were very, very skimpy.
We ordered a medium Pineapple, Pepperoni, and Jalapeño. There was barely one slice of Pepperoni and one piece of Pineapple per slice.
The other pizza was the Spicy Italian. Again toppings were very scarce. At 35.00 for a large and a medium pizza, we expected much more.
