If you love seafood then this is a great deal! I usually come with my parents and with this Red points they can buy dinner at half off! They have a great selection of food, and so many desserts to enjoy.

Cook your food. Tight machines. Make real deserts. And if you bye them by good deserts.

Had lunch at the Blue Camas Buffet today. They had a pretty fair variety of entrees available for lunch, but my two favorite entrees, prime rib and salmon, were just OK, nothing special.(These are the two«benchmark» items that I always use to compare casino buffets.) Their prime rib was kind of dry and not very tender, and did not have that savory«beefy» flavor you hope for. The salmon was also somewhat dry and lacked flavor. However, I really liked the smoked BBQ pork ribs they had. They were smoky, tender, meaty, and delicious. I also liked that the BBQ sauce was sort of glazed on rather than just poured all over the top like some BBQ ribs from other places. Therefore, these ribs were really flavorful without being messy. They also had crab legs. I don’t eat crab legs so I don’t have an opinion about them, but my friend ate a whole bunch of them and she thought they were very sweet and some of the best. So, I’ll put in a good word about that too. I’ve tried eleven different casino buffets in Washington and Oregon, and my conclusion is that Blue Camas Buffet is in the middle of the pack.. .average. They had some good items, and other items not so good. But, for a lunch buffet, they were definitely on the expensive side at $ 15.00.

I wish I could give this one zero stars, years ago I took my family to eat here so often that they new us all by name, we would walk in and they new out drink orders before we ever say down. Then the redwind decided to raise there prices and then cut the quality of food, it’s pure and simply awful. I would not mind if they had simply increased the price and kept the same quality of food, but to raise the price and then serve crap is rediculous. I had high hopes that with the new remodel the food would return to its former glory, buy after two attempts at eating in the new buffet. I found the only thing that has changed its the décor.

I was so disappointed by the food. It was rubbery and old. I paid adult price for my 7 year old which is ridiculous. The only ok thing was the soup.

Why did we even think this place would be like the buffets in Vegas. We went here on a Friday, upon entering the casino, it felt like we were in an ashtray. Do they not ever open the windows there to get any air in. I thought I was going to die in there. Anyways good thing when you are seated you don’t really smell the smoke as much. Once we got seated and ordered our drinks we went to get some food, I thought ok this isn’t too bad but when I noticed there wasn’t much of a selection to choose from I was like this is it. Got food, sat down, and took a bite, eh not worth it. I’d rather go to the Chinese Buffet in DuPont, more selections there and their seafood taste better. Well at least we tried a buffet at a casino here in Washington and we now know to not ever try one ever again.

Brunch is very good with good table service. Staff are all friendly. Peel and eat shrimp are good. Desserts are tasty.

Just so everyone is clear, I am only reviewing the several Seafood Nights I have been to here. Yes, it’s that good if you are a lover of the shellfish variety… especially dungeness(except when they don’t have any due to odd seasons…). While they have your standard buffet offerings: prime rib, shrimp scampi, deep fried cod/clams/oysters/shrimp, mashed potatos and gravy, baked chicken, fried chicken, salad bar, peel and eat shrimp, and more… On their seafood buffet nights they offer: lobster claws, snow/king/dungeness crab legs, and more. I can stay here and eat for hours. The desert case is overwhelmingly full of cakes, pies, petite fours, a chocolate fountain where they will dip strawberries, rice krispy treats, etc… they also have ice cream available as well as sugar-free options. It’s worth the $ 25 you pay on Friday and Saturday for Seafood night. I will be going back, but it’s quite the drive.

The buffet at the casino just isn’t worth the 25.00 pp fee on seafood night. There’s a ton of crab and not much else. If you love seafood(especially crab) you can get your money’s worth here but if you want a variety of food and seafood I recommend main Chinese buffet in Lacey.
