Tea Garden

As others have said it is a small buffet, but the interior is nicer, cleaner, and more comfortable than those huge chinese buffet restaurants. Service is nice, but not extremely attentive. I think they are too busy during lunch for just 2 people waiting on tables, seating people, and ringing up customers.
Even though there are few entrée options on the buffet they are all delicious. They don’t all taste the same (again, like some other places), and they are refilled constantly so they are always hot and fresh.
I like the egg drop soup that is filled with tiny cubes of tofu. The appetizers are also good because they make small batches and refill often, so they don’t get dried out. The chicken wings are particularly juicy and delicious. As for the entrees, I liked the pork and green beans best. The seafood entrée was also tasty. I usually avoid seafood at buffets since you have no idea how long it’s been sitting there, but the buffet is so fresh at Tea Garden you are safe giving the shrimp entrée a try.

Visited the Tea Garden on my lunch break today and ordered from the lunch to-​go menu. The food is great! Loved the egg drop soup and the rangoon the most!

…had fried rice which was much more than I could finish. Very well prepared and presented. Our favorite oriental restaurant.

Not good at all, I ordered two ordered 2 orders of spicy chicken fried rice with white meat, I got two orders of bland chicken fried rice with dark meat. The rice was dry like it been sitting for awhile. I have been going there since it open, the last 2 times have not be good at all. Won’t go back

I love this place! I especially love that it is local and it has been around for a while. The family that owns it is soooo nice. So expect genuinely kind service.
I ordered the shrimp with garlic sauce, sweet and sour soup, egg drop soup, and veggie spring rolls. The shrimp was fantastic. It was perfect in quantity, and defiantly worth every penny. The spring rolls were not my favorite, but that’s just me.

Best Chinese food in the area!!! I have been eating here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience!

Awesome food, and OUTSTANDING customer service. I did take out, and the owner gave me free apps and a glass of water while I waited. The wait was so short. I felt so important :)

By far my favorite Chinese buffet! Great service and despite their limited selection… their food trumps quantity with quality great tasting Chinese food. Although it may not be authentic Chinese food… I think it blows all it’s competition by continually churning out fresh food every 10minutes to keep the buffet fresh and hot!

The fried chicken skewers are to die for! Literally they are the first to get snatched up when their fresh outta the fryers! Perfectly seasoned with the right amount of crunch in every bite. Stays crispy, since they make new ones every 5−10min.
The staff is fabulous! All Chinese women staff! Head lady keeps the whole staff organized and efficient in satisfying their customer! Talked to a few frequent patrons of the place and they said Tea Garden has been around since the mid-​90s and the taste of their food hasn’t changed one bit. They’ve kept the same success formula going for 20years now! They also said that they haven’t renovated the place since then. My jaw dropped because Tea Garden is spotless and super clean!
I will definitely keep coming back to this cozy and lovely Chinese buffet. I’d rather come to this place than those huge Chinese buffets that offer a gigantic array of food but not necessarily focus on the taste of each entrée. I need to try their lunch… according to their menu it looks like there’s more authentic and traditional Chinese options

Great Chinese food. Recommend the ragoons, Tofu family style (make sure it is the one with brown sauce), the amazing chicken, and general Tao’s chicken

4 stars for the food, 5 stars for the two little ladies that waited on me hand and foot. I entered around 1:30, a little past their normal lunch rush. The buffet was getting low and they hurried back and stocked everything I wanted and brought me fresh steamed rice and fresh steamed dumplings. They continued to check on me and extremely helpful and pleasant. Did I mention the food was excellent. Small lunch buffet, enormous service and personality. Will be back again!

It’s been almost 12 years since I’ve been here and it was just as good as I remembered. The customer service is incredible. After asking us what kind of things we liked they basically custom made our dish. My husband likes really spicy things so his dish could have been more spicy but mine was perfect! They brought out a good amount of rice which was nice for my husband as he likes a lot of rice with his meal. I really enjoyed our visit and we will definitely come back to visit. This is a good, clean and friendly place. A good spot to stop in and get a good meal.

Tried this place for the first time this noon. Didn’t do the buffet as it looked good, but smallish, and didn’t want that much food. Ordered off the menu and it was incredibly hot and fantastic. It is close to my parents, not me, so will be taking them here again, hopefully soon. Really good! Service was outstanding as well

Eh. That’s about all I have to say. They try really really hard here, and it’s definitely good, just nothing special. The manager lady is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had the general tso’s chicken and it was pretty decent, rice is ok, and the egg rolls are good. Just nothing really to get excited about.

Then food here is pretty tasty! I like to take my daughters her for there lunch buffet, not had anything off the menu! The waitress were always so so nice, I brought my baby here about a year and a half ago and our waitress even asked to hold her so I could get my food. :) so nice

Great food prepared quickly and with great ingredients. Come as often as we do and they will remember what you want.

Love this place… I have been eating here for 5 years. The location is hard to find but the food and service is absolutely amazing. I always eat their lunch buffet and the food is always fresh and constantly being re-​filled. The servers are friendly and seem to know their customers by their names.

This was my second visit, the reviews are so wonderful but both times my experience has not been so great. The lunch buffet is all I’ve experienced and they have very few options plus the food appears to have been warming for a long time. Today the rice was so old it was dry and crunchy. The service is good but the food has failed me twice.

Lunch buffet was hot and fresh! Not too many options, but we did get to choose from hot and sour soup or egg drop, along with fried rice or lo mien, several appetizers (dumplings, small TINY crab Rangoon, and chicken on a stick), and about 8 entrée options. I don’t recall seeing a single entrée that was completely vegetarian, so if you are vegetarian, beware! The meats tasted fresh, the vegetables were perfectly crunchy. Lunch buffet was only 8 $!! Staff were very friendly.

This was one of my favorite restaurants growing up. Some of the kids in the neighborhood used to save up our money and ride our bikes to eat. Every time I go in the owner still remembers my name even if it has been awhile since I’ve been in. Their buffet is small but the quality is definitely better than most buffets. My favorites here are the crab rangoon and the hot braised chicken. My boyfriend likes to order the pan fried noodles.
