Pizza Hut

Haven’t ever had any problems at this Pizza Hut. It always happens to be the same guy and he is very nice and extremely helpful. I haven’t ordered carry out from any other Pizza Hut in the area for the past 2 years. Has always been on point for me!

The first delivery order my friend and I were far from impressed. All of the toppings of each piece of pizza fell off of their new specialized buffalo pizza (no exaggeration). I called back a few days later when I had the time to speak with a manager who by far helped me above and beyond. He was so kind and so was the young woman that took our new order. Her name was Katie also a cook and the manager Gene. Thank you Pizza Hut for helping us have a wonderful meal. We will continue to order from you and remember what great food and service you guys have!:)

Not sure why the reviews for this location are so low. We probably order from here at least once a month and it’s consistently good and prompt. There’s a plethora of good pizza places in the area but we still go here more than any other. There are cheaper not as tasty options and more expensive delicious options but Pizza Hut hits a really good balance on the price/​taste scale. I’d normally give it a four but it seems unjustly low hence the five.

This review is for their lunch buffet.
The Pizza is usually dry with and a slightly burnt bottom. Staff does not appear to have the ability to keep fresh pizza on the buffet. Time seems to befuddle these folks. The only thing that is consistently done on time is the delivery of our lunch checks. Usually you have to wait and hover over the buffet in order to get what you want. They must have a philosophy against making two pizzas at once.
The salad bar is mediocre at best. The lettuce is dumped into the buffet serving bowl unwashed. Even the bag salad people ask that you wash before consuming. I have found the Pizza Hut salad bar quality, varies greatly by location. I would pass this location by.
Over all, I would say the owner/employee’s at this location take about as much pride in their lunch buffet as the ladies serving at the high school down the street.
What can I say, no line out the door at lunchtime and always a seat available.

Location was a little sketchy… a couple was makin out in the lobby. The pizza was really good though

When I moved to Olathe I fall in between this and the parker location. I’ve learned to not order from this location. They usually run out of pans. Yes, I was told this on many occasions. Just sounds too dirty too me.
