I took my car here because it was recommended by my insurance company after an automobile accident. I regret it 100%. They did everything wrong that they could have done wrong — didn’t prime my new bumper before painting it so that the paint chipped on the corners, didn’t straighten my hood out so that it would close properly, and tried to act like they were blind when I showed them several other issues that were a direct cause of the accident. They never called me to update me on the status of repairs and when I could pick up my car — I always had to call them and check in.
Even after I had to waste my time and take it back in so they could fix the corners of my bumper where the paint was chipping, it happened again (because they didn’t do it right to begin with). So instead of wasting more of my life on the issues, I decided that I would move on with life and write a review so that the rest of Kansas City would know about the horrible service that I received.
