The food was very good, the service was good, but half way through dinner the live music started. The band was good but just kept getting louder as we finished dinner. By the time we finished dinner we could not hear the server or our guest. I had to ask to speak to the manager 3 times before he showed up 20 minutes later. After hearing my concerns he was unapologetic and seemed more concerned about leaving than addressing my complaint. He told me we could have moved you downstairs. I was disappointed with his lack of interest and at this point we will be looking to other establishments in the future.

Ordered the Bow Tie pasta with salmon in a white sauce which had no other taste other than being salty. Also ordered the bread pudding with slices of peach baked in it, just so-​so. Wasn’t fluffy to my liking. They do give you complimentary homemade cotton candy which was nice.
Service was good and wait staff was courteous and friendly.

The food and service was so amazing! My husband and I just could not stop talking about how amazing it was the whole meal! We had no other conversation other than «this is so good» in about every way you can possibly say it! I would recommend it to everyone! From the Zucca chips to the adult beverage, and the salmon dinner… It was all amazing! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Service was excellent. Food was average. My small filet wasn’t anything special. I chose the edamame quinoa salad and the lemon asparagus as my sides. I didn’t finish either. Nothing was bad, it just was average.

A group of 12 shared our annual Christmas dinner at West last evening. We had the Private Executive room which was perfect for our intimate group. Our two servers went above and beyond with attention. They were an excellent addition to the evening. The prime steaks, Redfish, Salmon and appetizers were perfect.

The décor of West is just stunning from the minute you walk into the lobby. It is spacious and wonderfully decorated. Highly recommend the roof patio for an nightcap.

I paid a lot for the burger here, but I’ll be damned if it wasn’t worth it!!! I’ll definitely be back.

New and many kinks to work out. I had expectations far beyond what the team could deliver. Slow service, out of many items, ill prepared food, poor management follow up after multiple attempts to get a resolution. Management doesn’t really show any concern for the customer dining experience. I would give this place 6 months and try it later or go with expectations similar to what you might have for a fast food place.
Avoid and try other proven restaurants close by. 1 star is being kind

Found West through Unilocal when staying over a night in OKC. It was just what we were looking for. Great ambiance, great steak and great service. Their au poivre sauce was amazing!

I hate to write a bad review of this place because the servers were all so nice. But West had 5 stars here so I was really expecting something extraordinary.
I had the brussels sprout salad to start and the tuna as a main course. The salad was good, and at $ 7 for a small was reasonably priced. The tuna was very disappointing. It was crusted with pepper and came with some quinoa and soy bean salad and some asparagus. The tuna tasted old and the end pieces almost tasted rancid. A guy next to me ordered the same dish and he left half his tuna untouched. It could be that he wasn’t hungry, but I’m guessing he didn’t like it either. The asparagus were kind of soggy and small. At $ 27 it wasn’t expensive but still the dish was not good.
They have a few beers on tap, including a Chimat which was good. They also had some nice wines by the glass. I had a great 2012 NxNW cab. It is normally $ 25 by the bottle at a store and here was $ 12 for the glass. About average mark up.
The ambience was a bit too airy and open for my taste. For steak /​fish place I prefer something a bit more cozy. It’s probably great for brunch though.

Met the manager at the front door and they treated us like VIP’s from the beginning. I challenged them to give me a great meal and they really delivered. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys truly great steak or fish. As an added bonus, the service was first class. Great job!!!

Helluva Restaurant! I was totally smitten by the original West… but this new location is even better! Aesthetic, classy, ambiance, clean… I could go on and on. They paid close attention to every detail. The wine wall will make you salivate. The entire staff was so attentive & accommodating. I mean these folks could teach the course on customer service!
Now on to the food… Yum! For lunch, I had a chicken flat bread appetizer and another appetizer (chicken quesadillas) for my entrée. Both were about 11 bucks a piece. I topped it off with a nice glass of moscato. I can’t wait for my next visit. At that time I will order something a bit more sophisticated. I am so in love with this establishment. They are on my top ten list for sure!

Outstanding! The new location is lovely! And, as with the Western location, the food is incredible, great wine selection and top notch service! I especially love the upstairs bar and outdoor patio!

Bar staff was super friendly and attentive. My bartender was Chadwick and he was awesome! I got the penne with asparagus and spinach and he suggested to get basil chicken on top and it was great! The band sounded kind of crappy from downstairs, but I got into a good conversation with someone at the bar and barely noticed. It was reasonably priced for an upscale place. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Oklahoma City again.

Stumbled onto this gem of a restaurant. First class food with style and great atmosphere.

This West in Bricktown opened a week ago and my work colleagues and I ventured over here from downtown for lunch. The service was great. The food was divine (we all had different dishes and everyone was satisfied). The owners were present and very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful décor. I heart this new restaurant!

West is now open downtown Oklahoma.
(Bricktown what’s good) in my New York voice, by way of my okie accent! It’s absolutely upscale & beautiful in décor upstairs and downstairs! Foods amazing. Rick the owner & kourtney are always extra friendly, they make you feel like family! I even got to meet the executive chef during my delightful dining experience.
Both bar areas are spacious. The roof top has dinning Bricktown views with okc skyline views. Thursday Friday and Saturday bands are featured upstairs. The rooftop has an inviting center fire pit. Brunch is Saturday and Sunday 1030 to 3pm. So excited for this addition to Bricktown. Its necessary to #somethingtoeatinokc #somethingtoeatinoklahoma
