I stay here often. Many rooms have been redone. Rooms are large, clean, bathrooms are clean. It can be a little noisy and they do not have flat screens. But the price is right. I you want 4 – 5 star hotel not for you But if you want clean with space to move around this is good

Fortunately my experience at this motel was not a bad one. The room had brand new carpet, an immaculate bathroom with brand new tub, toilet and fixtures, ice cold A/C on a 97 degree day, and tons of lighting. In one corner it had a sketchy looking Southwest print loveseat from the 90s which I would not have touched with a ten foot pole, however, and a hideous floral bedspread that I immediately removed from the bed exposing nice normal sheets and blanket. The ceiling and walls looked recently painted and redone, which was nice. The coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge were all new as well. The bed though — not great. Very lumpy poor quality King mattress. My husband claimed I got the«good side» and when I tried his part of the bed I realized it was even worse on that side. Our check in experience was seamless and extremely polite and the room rate wasn’t bad, but I think with the huge amount of hotels and motels in this area of OKC I would choose another one next time around. Good beds go a long way for us and I would be more than willing to skip other amenities like the in-room iron, ironing board, blow dryer, desk with executive chair, to have a nicer mattress. We didn’t see any bugs or anything else disgusting during our stay. For a budget motel this was good, and would get a higher rating if the bed was more comfortable. I might add that we’re not super picky and find the average motel bed to be more than sufficient, so this was pretty uncomfortable.

The best option for this place that I can honestly think of involves bulldozers and properly rigged explosives set by a demolition team. I have given both the management of this particular motel, as well as the parent company 6 months to offer anything from a partial refund to a simple apology, and I have received neither after many exchanged calls and letters. Three of us embarked on a cross country roadtrip last summer. On our way back east we booked this place via Expedia for a simple nights stay. We didn’t arrive until around 1am, and upon checking in the asshole employee(who made me stand in front of him waiting for 5 minutes while he had a phone conversation with his girlfriend while constantly holding his dirty finger up at me like I was some hapless peasant) quizzed me about my life… this is unneeded. I’ve been driving since the Grand Canyon, which is around 14 hours at this point, and only need a bed and shower, not bullshit questions from a rude stranger. He asks me if I smoke, I say no, that’s why I booked a nonsmoking room. Then he asks me where I’m coming from, what drugs I do, and if I was planning on bringing a stripper to the room. Shit got heated now. My answers were along the lines of «None of your business, no I don’t do any drugs, and no, I’m not interested in catching gonorrhea from some nasty bird in your shitty motel. How about you provide me with the key for the room I’ve already paid for.» Now on to the room: –The entire room reeked of mildew/mold –The beds were filthy and were lumpier than public school mashed potatoes –There were bugs everywhere including beetles flies and a few big ass roaches –The carpet was still dirty, including white powder over by the bathroom –The shower curtain had black mold growing on the inside –The ceiling paint is flaking and falling down onto the beds and carpet –There were hairs on the shower wall… lots of them –All the lamps were unplugged so we had to crawl on the nasty dirty carpet plugging everything in –There was still soap and what looked like toothpaste scum from a previous guest in and around the sink Upon checking out in the morning I told the desk clerk on staff about the room’s uncleanness and he simply shrugged it off. I then asked for the managers name and contact number and he refused to give it to me. That then led to me contacting corporate, finding out the managers info, and contacting them. Both management and corporate seem unworried that their staff and facility are shit. I know this is a long review, but fellow travelers NEED to know how shitty this place is. DONOTSTAYHERE!

DONOTSTAYHERE!!! Rooms were dirty. Cigarette holes in the comforters all the way down to mattress. Stains on sheets and bed skirts. Uneven floors. Stale cereal for breakfast.
