It was my first time coming here after getting my contacts and glasses from Target and Costco. Overall I had a great experience. I was able to make my appointment for the following day. D. Robinson was was my O.D., I had to get an eye exam to refill my contacts, the exam was very easy and fast, no issues at all. She made sure before I left that I was comfortable with my contacts and that I was able to see without discomfort. She made sure to tell me to go back to her if I felt uncomfortable at any time. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable with her. When I got my Ray Bans from Target they never adjusted them for me and they always kept falling from my face. I was always busy and never went back to get them adjusted. D. Robinson noticed right away that my glasses did not fit properly, so she went and told the other staff if they could adjust them for me. Penny was very helpful and adjusted my glasses perfectly! No more falling from my face!!! I felt that they really care about the customers. It was the best decision to come here!!!

This review is for the staff at the optometrist and the vision center. I got contacts for the first time and all of the employees were so kind and patient with me. It was a great experience. I epically want to make a shout out for the receptionist at the optometrist; she was very thorough, had excellent customer service and seems like she really cared about the patients.

The hours are good and the staff are usually quite friendly. My glasses came out as expected and the price was reasonable. There did exist some lack of communication between a different optometrist’s office faxing them the prescription and this vision center … that was frustrating and caused some delay. I called to see if my glasses were ready, but it turned out they had never been ordered. Once it was handled by a competent associate and the glasses were finally ordered, they arrived promptly and they called to let me know they had arrived. When it came time to pick them up, I felt like I received more attention to fitting elsewhere. My glasses feel a bit«tight.» I’m hoping they’ll either loosen up or I’ll get used to them.

Never order from the useless vision center. They have been pushing the expected delivery of my glasses back for weeks, and I paid extra for them to rush the order. I needed them before I left for a business trip as I can’t see without them and my current ones are broken. They said it would take 3 – 4 days. It’s been 3 – 4 weeks and still no call. Every time I call, they say«Theyll be in tomorrow.» I will never order from the Vision Center again

John is amazing. I came into the store around closing time looking to purchase glasses and contacts. I felt bad but that’s when I’m available. He stayed open and was super friendly about it. I really appreciated his kindness and generosity.

My initial experience at this location was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and had the answers to all of my questions. My wife needed to pickup some items for work, and we were pretty specific. During that same visit, my wife began to look at contacts since she was running low on her supply. One of the staff mentioned a sale and said she could get her contacts for under $ 25. We had our optometrist fax a prescription over so we can order the next day. Once I arrived the following day(last sale day) I went to purchase the contacts and it was $ 35 saying«you can only save if you buy 2 or more boxes.» BAH! WE specifically mentioned we only needed one the day before. The staff spent 15 minutes looking for the faxed over prescription, constantly saying«I know I saw a fax come through earlier…» but had no idea where it was. This was rather unimpressive. We bought them anyway because of the long wait and she only needs enough to last through January. Overall, I think they might have been having a bad day and what can you expect from WalMart?
