Parkside Villa Apartments

Moved my family here loved the location. Good tenants always paid rent on time. Came home from work to a 30-​day notice on door. We were being kicked out so new owner could raise rent by $ 300. Family friendly I dont think so!

I lived in these apartments for a few years and came to love everything about them. The complex offers 1bedroom/​1bath apartments (2 different sq fts and layouts) or 3bed/​2bath upstairs/​downstairs apartments. Price range about $ 920-​$ 1650) The 1bed apartments can accommodate a single person, young couple, or maybe a couple and ONE small child really well, anything more and you might feel really cramped. I definitely suggest checking out the larger of the two layouts, I lived in one of those myself and found it very comfortable for me, my fiancé, and our 2 year old son. The 3bedroom is very nice. The living room is large, the masterbedroom is on the first floor and the 2 rooms upstairs have their own bathroom (and are spacious rooms too)
There is a laundry room on site, tennis court (that never gets used, but hey, it’s there), a cute park at the end of the complex, lots of grassy area, pets are welcome and there are plenty of doggy-​poo bag sites with accompanying trashcans, parking garages are available (for a little extra each month) and don’t forget the POOL!
This is a quiet and cozy complex. The only problem I can think of mentioning is: people suck, and you can’t control them being sour neighbors, however, the manager Harvie, is an absolute sweetheart. Don’t take that to mean he’s a pushover, he means business, but he goes about his affairs in a professionally friendly way. He puts everything in writing and is always in his office if in fact you need to bring something to his attention –or if you just want to say Hello!
GREAT place to live, close to TONS of shopping. Walk to Target, walk to Trader Joes, walk to Barnes N Noble, heck, trek on over to the Carlsbad mall!
