I was introduced to the owner Eric through a co-​worker. Eric took time to explain all of the options and really make sure I was getting the best possible solution for me. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience. As for the work, he and his team were awesome. They were fast, detailed, and most of all they actually cleaned up after themselves. We have had so many different service providers in our house and they just don’t take as much pride as Eric does. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I had this company install wood flooring in my home. I was a little scared at first, because I have kids, in putting real wood flooring in my home due to my kids dropping things on the floor. The owner, Eric, went through what wood would be the best for my situation. I had one part of my house done about a year ago and loved it so much, I had Common Sense Flooring come back and install in another part of the house. This is a great company and I had great experience. I am very satisfied.
