TINY.PORTIONS.ALL.THE.TIME. The only reason I come here when I work in this area is because its close to my office but the portion size has never changed in my experiences here and I go to a lot of different Chipotle locations. When I get back to my office I will be contacting chipotle via their webpage.

Food poisoning alert! I’m super disappointed because I WAS so excited about Chipotle opening a location near my house. I got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my entire life. Chipotle… seriously…clean up your act. I love the idea of chipotle, but it’s not worth it. Never again!

Didn’t need to wait almost an hour for iced tea, but I did anyway and still left without it. I know it’s a small thing, but I had to ask twice and your employees were standing around joking and gabbing. The service here is becoming worse.

I ordered two items for pickup, steak burrito and a chicken bowl. Later when I went to eat the chicken bowl, they didn’t put any chicken in the bowl but charged me for it. How hard is it to put chicken in a chicken bowl?

Good portions, fresh food, clean restaurant and acceptable service. I can’t ask for much more. This happens to be the closest location to my house and work. Only change I would make is adding margaritas to this location.

Finally Big Sid has Come Back to Unilocal!!! Big Sid says this, Its no surprise that Big Sid loves food, but what Big Sid can’t stand is «Piss Poor» customer service. Tonight Big Sid went to this particular Chipotle and was NOT impressed at all with the customer service. The food was EXCELLENT, which is why we go to Chipotle, because the food is CONSISTENTLY Good!!! However, we’re NOT talking about the food here, we’re talking about service. Not the food, the service. Now Granted Big Sid walked through the door 10 minutes before closing time(9:50pm), music literally blaring loudly, however that makes NO excuse for poor customer service. My order taker Austin didn’t even greet me after walking in the door. Austin and a co-worker(the person cleaning the grill) both looked at Big Sid, as if it was a burden for coming. Okay Fine. Big Sid said, after being asked«What would you like?», «Good Evening, sorry for being so late, may I please get crispy chicken tacos?» Austin says, «We’re out of crispy shells. Would you like something else?» «No thank you, I would like some crispy tacos please. Would you make some?» Austin says, «Sorry sir we’re all out for the night.» Now Big Sid being the patient person that person that I am, Big Sid stood there a few moments looking directly at Austin hoping Austin would make Big Sid some crispy taco shells. Because Big Sid also knows that a restaurant such as Chiptole’ is «supposed to» have everything listed on the menu at ALL times during regular business hours. Instead with a look of discuss on his face Austin said, «We have soft taco shells and burritos.» «No thank you, I’ll have a chicken burrito bowl please.» Big Sid had to repeat himself many times during the order taking process(which was very frustrating considering they already wouldn’t make what I wanted), but again okay. Then Joshua the host(according to my receipt) comes to ring me up, and says to Big Sid, «Sorry for the delay we close in 10 minutes». Big Sid says in response, «Yes I see that. I wanted crispy tacos and y’all wouldn’t make me some.» Joshua replied with, «Yeah we’re out for the night.» See now there, right there, as a «host», cashier, manager, supervisor, etc., «shouldn’t» that be your cue to say something such as, «Sorry about that sir, how I give you a free drink or perhaps a bag of chips for not having what wanted». That’s what one would think, but no, instead Big Sid got, «Would you like anything else?» Got’cha. Big Sid proceeded to get chips and a drink, paid full price, and then sat down to eat his wonderful food. Big Sid attempted to have conversation with his AWESOME dinner date, but couldn’t really talk unfortunately, because again the music was to freaking loud!!! So because of this piss poor customer service, everyone needs to be informed this Chipotle’ location recieved a low score ALL poorly trained employees. Whatta shame… Well that’s it for me on this one, «Until next time America», this is Big Sid out.

This is such a gross Chipotle. I live closest to this location, but drive to the one next to Barnes & Noble since the food is so much better there! The staff aren’t very friendly and obviously don’t care about the quality of the food they put out. If you actually think this location is good, try the one by Barnes & Noble and your world will be flipped upside down!

I go to Chipotle ALL the time, however, I will never go back to this location again. Each time I have gone the staff treats me like I am bothering them and EACHTIME something has gone wrong with my order. The staff is beyond rude and the manager needs to do some serious customer service training.

I love Chipotle. I come to this location all the time, but I’ll never be back after the customer service I received. To-go bowl wasn’t packed right, and so it soaked through the bottom of the bag and fell out on the way home. Bummer, but mistakes happen. We call the store, and ask for a refund on the bowl since it was packed wrong and a new burrito bowl since I have to ignore the«5 second rule» when it comes to food on sidewalks. Anyway, employee says to come back to the store. Great. Come back in, ask for the manager. Manager tells me she can either refund me, or give me a new bowl. Not both. No other compensation was offered. Alright then. We go back and forth a bit, and politely I explain that I don’t think it’s fair to have to spend extra time and gas money to account for an employee error — the food shouldn’t come loose in the bag and soak through the bottom. The manager(Carla I believe her name was — she didn’t introduce herself) says alright to getting a bowl and refund and tells me to get into the back of a long line. That’s fine — it’s not the people ahead of me in line’s fault. Get to the register, I tell the cashier that the manager(who disappeared to the back instead of staying up front) said the bowl is free and that the previous order will be refunded. Other random girl working the line shouts at me that I can have one or the other, but not both. Great, this again. Ask cashier to get manager from back. The manager comes out and says«sorry we can only do one or the other.» After she had JUSTTOLDME they would do both. She made me sit through a long line just to get a refund, and they put my bowl in a bag and left it right on the counter behind them. A valuable customer spurned for a bowl that will get thrown in the trash. Nice job? This is the worst customer service, literally, that I’ve ever received. There wasn’t even the attempt to look like they cared, and getting lied directly to my face and then having a random employee YELL about how I’m wrong in front of multiple people was embarrassing. I’ll never be back.

So the top picture is of what was suppose to be a double meat but when I asked the lady only gave me one scoop. The other one on the bottom is a single meat but as you can see there wasn’t enough rice or meat to show over the lettuce that they were so generous with. Thank you chipotle for ruining my experience with your restaurant.

I love Chipotle in general — but this place in particular sucks. The staff appear to hate their lives and probably roll their joints better than they do their burritos! Every time I’ve been there, it’s always something else with these people. Either they get the whole order wrong, or they just hate their lives so much that they treat their customers like cattle. I purposely go out of my way to another Chipotle just to avoid this one!

$ 18 for 2 burritos and 1 drink. That’s pretty crazy. The burritos are huge but they load u up on rice and beans. Gross. They should have a cheaper option. Damn burrito falls apart. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

Update: My wife made a mistake to buy food at this same locally chipotle again after last time I demand her to stops buying burritos there again! I had to eat burrito with rice, bean and chopped chicken meat cuz she wasted our money. Fairly much fat(Possible not cooked well) with one piece of tiny chopped bone that I almost swallowed it! Later few hours then my stomach started nauseating and bad farts. I wish I should throw it away at first place! I will report to SD county Health Dept asap. I never have any problem with other chipotle sites before. Last March 2015: My wife just bought a bowl of rice, beef and gutamole on top at this locations today. Their beef is too hard chewing like rubber with too much fat. Beef is excellent at other chipotle cafes. We will never buy any food there again.

I just became a fan of Chipotle about a year ago and I am not writing a review on their food but their staff! Both times I came here there are workers who are rude and seem like they don’t know their own menu. The most recent time I went, one of the staff who was a young male was trying to get our order and the two girls he was working with were being not professional. One was cleaning the stove super loud and the guy asked her to stop while he was making our order but she looked at him and kept going… the list goes on the comments back. But props to that guy who was trying to be a great worker and positive while his co-workers were just trying to close up the restaurant.

Chipotle is healthy, yummy, fast, affordable and they have standards on the treatment of the animals that they feed us, lol! It’s a gem. This location is nice because it’s in a food court with a nice outdoor seating area, so different people can order different things and sit together. And if your a sprinter rider, the sprinter stops right around the corner. The staff here is super friendly. They greet everyone with a loud«Welcome to Chipotle!» every time someone walks in the door. There always fully staffed and ready to serve. They are very accommodating with requests for more of this, less of that, questions on options, extra dressing, etc. The atmosphere is nice with the beautiful modern industrial natural feel. Couple small issues; is much of there seating is high off the ground with high stools, this is not good for kids that could fall and hurt themselves. Also in the front they have this large thick glass that separates you and the counter and if you are too short to talk over it than it can be difficult to communicate your order. But I always manage. In general this is one of our families favorite fast food options. Love it!

First thing you’re going to notice about this place as soon as you walk in is it smells truly awful. I don’t know if it’s their bad food or if it’s body odor or what but it smells disgusting in this location. When it comes to the food, this is the worst meal I’ve ever had from a Chipotle. Ever. I’ve eaten at Chipotle probably more than most people should and I’ve eaten at about 20 different locations all over California because usually you know what you can expect from a Chipotle. I was wrong. Dead wrong. Mid way through my burrito I felt like I was going to vomit, literally. It was awful. The problems were pretty staggering. The rice was overcooked with too much water and was mush. If you’ve ever eaten overcooked rice, you know how disgusting it is. The steak was unsalted and dry. The veggies only had red bell pepper, no oregano and was, again, unsalted. The mild salsa was missing onions and peppers and whoever cut the tomatoes squished them while cutting them, making them extremely soft and gross. It was flavorless as well. Then for the finishing touch, my burrito was so poorly wrapped that there was a hole in the tortilla on one side and wasn’t even freaking closed all the way on the other! Holy crap, I didn’t even know you could screw up a burrito so badly but you did it Chipotle. I ended up throwing a little more than half my burrito away and going to Jersey Mike’s next door since their burrito almost made me vomit. I will never, ever come to this Chipotle again.

This Chipotle is hands down the best Chipotle INTHEWORLD. I say this mainly because they have one SUPER shining star! I did not catch his name but I’ve seen him there several times. He is always smiling, greeting people, cleaning up and being all around pleasant. Last week my Mom and I were eating and he came to our table and let us know about a «Fitness Friday» promotion that they were running this year. If you order on-line, call in or through their app, go in the store and pick up your food in your work out attire, it is buy one get one free! As I wear my workout gear to work every Friday, this was extremely appealing to me! So, I made plans to meet my fiancé at the restaurant for lunch. I ordered the food on-line that morning and I thought I would get there first, but my fiancé beat me to it and had already purchased both of our meals full price. When I found out, I went back into the restaurant to see if by chance they would refund us for one meal. I got to speak to the super star there and he happily refunded one of our meals. Such great customer service! My fiancé and I have talked about making«Fitness Friday» a weekly thing for us to meet up and eat lunch together. I’m happy that they offer this promotion. With the great customer service and good food, I am way more likely to choose chipotle over the other restaurants in the area. Thank you!
