This chipotle is clean and has seating inside and outside. It gets a bit crowded during lunch. Many times when I come during peak hour, there will be a long line out the door, however, the staff moves the line quite quickly. The are very efficient in filling your order. The food is always fresh and tasty. Bathe staff are always welcoming and friendly. I love coming here for lunch. It is quite and inexpensive.
I typically just get the chicken bowl. I saw someone get to is today. I think I will try it next time.

Tucked away to the side of a somehow still in business Barnes & Noble, this location has hectic parking competing with many other businesses, but spaces seem to open up. The entrance here seems, to me at least, to be situated backwards. I hopped over the back gate for outdoor seating and entered through the exit I guess.
Staff here were super-​friendly, and the food was very good as expected.

Chipotle, like Pollo Tropical, should be winning federal grant money each year for serving the masses real, healthy food that happens to be tasty enough to be popular. Their francise makes an effort to serve real food with real ingredients. And you can tell the difference.

The food is always good. But the service can use some organization.
We used the online ordering feature today. We showed up at the designated time and it wasn’t made yet. Not a problem They made one burrito and charged us not realizing there were two. So they made the other and charged us again. No worries. They were to go so we get our bag and head out. We get in the car and we realize they didn’t label which burrito had chicken or beef. So now we are trying to open up a burrito to see which is chicken… No Bueno! I can over look most things but 3 problems in 1 order is overkill.

Decided to give them a try after the recent food scare (big mistake). Three bites into my lunch and I find a plastic wrapper in my food… The big kicker was that they didn’t pull a single ingredient out of the case to check for additional plastic.

Who doesn’t love them some CHIPOTLE! Can’t go wrong with the «chipotle bowl» half and half on the rice, hot medium and mild sauce, cheese and corn. Went with the shredded beef and steak… usually my «go to» the only thing I CANNOT STAND is when there’s huge portions of fat on the meat definitely do not want to be chewing threw all of that with my meal.

Chipotle is my guilty pleasure and this is just like any other location. Head up to the counter, get a bowl with no beans, extra white rice, pork, corn, sour cream, cheese and guac… Yes, I know guac is extra, and then a soda… BUT this is where it all changes!!!
This is the one. and ONLY location that I have been too, where I could not finish my bowl! They did such a great job at packing everything in and making me so full that I actually could not finish my bowl during my visit!!!
Hands down to Oceanside Chipotle. You make my tummy happy.

I work in the same plaza and go there all the time. The staff is super friendly. The food is always good and I’m never disappointed. The manager there with the beard is always super nice and friendly and makes my experience there that much better. Only recommendation I have for people that get burritos is to get them double wrapped because sometimes the tortilla falls apart.

What can I say about Chipotle besides that I love it. I usually get a split steak/​chicken salad with cheese, corn, brown rice, pinto beans and a side of their vinaigrette dressing but today I decided to get the burrito, what there most famous for. Tortilla changes everything, even though it’s the same meats and toppings. It is very filling and tasty. Ingredients are fresh, the employees heat up the tortilla, make your burrito or salad right in front of you. There’s usually 5 workers each one guides you through your choices the main person asking what you want, the next person asking what kind of rice you would like, followed by beans and the other toppings sour cream, corn, lettuce etc. Then there is a person at the register waiting to ring up your food. I think this is very helpful and makes for an easy and stressless visit. The staff here are welcoming every time I come in, and wanting to serve you, without an attitude which is refreshing these days.

Love the food here, normally customer service is good at this location, but Michael was super rude to my boyfriend and I today. We ordered and waited patiently for about 5 minutes for the cashier, Michael, to show up and take our payment. When he finally did, I paid and he rudely asked my boyfriend «are you going to say thank you to her?» for paying for the meal. I highly doubt he would ask me the same question if my boyfriend had paid for me. My boyfriend didn’t need him to remind him to say thanks… he already did during all the extra time we had while we were waiting for him to do his job. When we asked him for a comment card he got really scared and said no. Bad customer service dude.

My fiancé and I dined in tonight 08÷21÷15
The level of customer service was very poor everyone seemed to be upset. I didn’t feel comfortable when ordering after one of the associates scolded my fiancé for pointing over the glass at the item he wanted. My fiancé is learning English and got very startled when the assosiate raised his voice at us. We ate our food but during our dining my fiancé and I were very uncomfortable. I felt like just walking out instead of even paying or eating here. There are people in this world without jobs that have more customer service skills then this guy who takes his frustrations out on customers. I’ll make a note to attend the chipotle in vista from now on where the employees are always friendly. Food was ok service was bad, and area could be cleaner.

Super fresh food as always! Consistent among all locations. Staff was very cheerful and quick! Got in and out in under 5 minutes. If you take some quiz online right now you get a BOGO coupon. Great deal! Saved about $ 9. Barbacoa is amazing as always, Guac was super fresh and the flavor just can’t be beaten! Love Chipotle!

«Im in love with Chipotle» except for this location! I usually get the shredded pork bowl except they dont use pork right now and its totally understandable so i decided to go with the shredded beef. My experience started off with an unfriendly employee with hygiene that was just short of disgusting. I asked for shredded beef on my bowl and she dug around in the bottom of an almost empty tub that consisted mostly of beef juice and scrapped up the fatty remnants that reminded in the bottom of the tub not even half of the meat you usually get on my bowl. Then when i got back to my office and began to eat it i realized it was half cooked rice in the bowl and at this point i just paid 11 dollars waisted my whole lunch break in line just to go hungry. I dont have time to go back and get another at this point i probably won’t go back here.

This was my first visit at a Chipotle restaurant. The service was efficient and the staff members were all very friendly and upbeat. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken which was very delicious. I had enough left over for lunch the next day, their portions are fairly large so come hungry.
I saw that they also have margaritas, I’ll definitely have to try one next time I come here.
Chipotle will be my choice for a quick meal from now on, especially since they decided to ban GMO ingredients. It makes me feel good to know that they care about the ingredients in their products and that they listen to their customers.

I love chipotle! Everything about it is amazing. Except at this particular location.
Usually when you go in a chipotle, the employees greet you. Usually they have big heaping spoonfuls of their delicious food making it hard for them to roll your burrito. Not here. I’ve been to this location many times (because it’s the closest to home) and wish I would just drive ten more minutes to have a better experience. They even ran out of guacamole a few times!!! What the heck! It’s the main reason a lot of people eat there!
I will still go to this chipotle, but better believe I will be asking for more spoonfuls of goodness in my burrito!

This is definitely my favorite Chipotle due to the fast, friendly service and always fresh ingredients. I’m not even a vegetarian but once I tried the Sofritas I was hooked. I don’t even order the chicken anymore. The portions are substantial and in fact, I usually have one bowl for lunch and the rest for dinner. The employees at this particular location are always smiling even during a busy dinner rush and the food is always delicious.

So we walked in and the staff was nice in greeting me. I ended up ordering a burrito bowl and asked for a side of warm tortillas. I even asked for half chicken and steak to mix things up. the stop was very understanding and hooked it up with pretty good amount of meat.
When you order the bowl they put a lot more rice beans and lettuce and it and the side of tortillas allows you to make your own burrito. plus they just taste really fresh too. Chipotle is definitely a much healthier and tastier option than other local Mexican food places. I’ll definitely keep coming back because it’s so close to my work and I’m always leaving full.
FYI the guacamole is an additional $ 1.90 so I tend to not to add it. Drink and my burrito bowl is about $ 10.

Friendliest Chipotle I’ve been to! Love it!
Staff is all very nice and outgoing. There are some employees who are very generous with their serving sizes, and some not!
But it’s always extremely clean and stocked with the sides! Very delicious! You can seriously get in and out of there in less that four minutes if the line isn’t long– they have a great system!
Parking kind of sucks, but oh well. I LOVE Chipotle!

My family & I really like to eat at chipotle, however this location was lacking customer service, manners!!! By far the worst service!!!
My food was cold & looked like slop! After paying for my food, I had to wait for my guacamole to be made then the cashier wanted proof I paid for it… Really?! Never agin!
