Peg gets cranky… But is fair with her pricing especially during peak season. The place is older but it has comfortable beds, a larger fridge and decent amount of patio space to sit out and lounge when needed. Parking is an absolute bear in that area. 2 blocks from the beach and just across the street from a Catholic Church that has daily mass. It is older but nothing screamed dirty but if you want lap of luxury don’t expect to spend $ 100/night. Expect to spend a bit more. No WiFi which sucked and no credit cards either which can be tough if needed.

We were hoping for a no frills place to stay with family however owner has not maintained items like air conditioners and tv making accommodations tough on a young family. Had to cut visit short because we felt sick from lack of air circulation in rooms(our ac was window unit was broken) and then vomit smell in the other. However the one other couple that was staying there seemed happy but they had a street view with deck and windows. Owner also refused to refund our money completely for nights we didn’t stay(we paid up front which was a mistake). Too bad because owner is fairly nice but just seems like she can no longer give the place attention it deserves. If there were new ac units installed, tv’s and good cleaning service in place, place would be a great value. Unfortunately, another case of you get what you pay for(room was extremely cheap for two blocks from beach) for our experience. Should have known.
