Chalet Hotel

Just stayed here for the weekend– we booked this through air bnb, and found the room to be clean, fresh, and quiet. We did have a toilet and sink bathroom in our room, with a shower down the hall. There is also off-​street parking.
The location is great– just a block or so from he boardwalk and the beach. The owners were very nice, and did their best to make our stay a good one.
Coffee is available in the morning, and there is free in-​room wifi. I would bring my own pillows next time– and maybe my own towels.
For the price, this is a great value– I recommend it.

This isn’t a high-​end hotel. This isn’t even really a B&B. It is an affordable, comfortable, budget-​friendly room at the beach. I stayed here for a night after the MS City to Shore ride. Booked my room through AirBnB and got a fantastic rate after emailing with the owner. My room was a small, one-​bed, one-​person deal with an old wooden dresser and a sink. Shared bathroom, separate shared room with a shower. Obviously all are locked and private once you’re using them. The owners are lovely people, super friendly and accommodating. The bed was firm, the sheets clean. I might bring towels, but they have them there. They have an annual loyal customer in me for this one event and I would definitely stay there if a I needed a cheap place to stay down the shore!
