Mattress Firm Ocala

Took my aunt in to get a new queen size mattress set… since she hasn’t had a new one in THIRTY YEARS!!! We brought her to the nearest Mattress Firm since hubby and I had such a great experience with them when we bought ours.
We were greeted by Kyle, who showed my aunt around to several mattresses until she decided which one she thought would work the best. This was a pretty straight forward process, but I found myself missing Chris and Hope and their «Let me tell you what I’m going to do for you!» line. Like seriously missing it. My aunt really liked the pillows (seriously, who doesn’t love these things?) and I waited a few minutes to see if Kyle would offer her any kind of a deal on them. When he didn’t, I asked if they would give her the same deal I got from Chris and Hope. He asked what deal I got and I told them buy one get one free. He agreed to let her have the same deal… so, I guess that was good, but that fun «game show» feel was lacking. I was a little sad inside.
However, my aunt was able to get her new mattress, they delivered it today and even left her a free mint on her pillow. She’s happy so I’m happy.
