This store is great! For their size, they have everything needed. They are friendly, helpful, and I always have a good experience in there. Kudos, Oakley Ace!

Love having a huge hardware store so close to our house! I was pretty bummed out when the OSH across town went out of business, but stoked when I found out ACE was opening a huge store near our house. Staff has always been super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Really has that small-​town hardware store feel, but TONS of stuff. I’d rather shop here than the big-​box stores across town, and their sale prices are pretty sweet-​gotta watch the ads! Store is always clean, well-​stocked, and it’s nice not having to feel like a burden asking where a certain item is located. Overall, awesome store.

Small town hardware atmosphere. The employees will stop everything to help ya out. I’ve always been impressed with the selection of everything they have.

This is definitely not in the best location ever, but the staff is wonderful as it gets!
I work in the area and needed to have a couple keys made. Because my job required I keep about 15+ keys, I make sure they’re «coded» with different pictures… so I have the specialty keys. The day I went in I was told I couldn’t have them match because one of the keys was a «special» key and there weren’t any funky ones in that size. However, the gentleman helping me was kind enough to attempt to rig one for me anyhow.
As it turned out, he was doing a custom job on a funky key for me. I think his intentions were definitely in the right place, but the key definitely didn’t work once I got back to my office. Immediately I called to find out what to do next. Thankfully, Sam got on the phone with me and actually came to my office to get the incorrect keys and the proper ones to make me a new set. He went out of his way to make sure this lady was happy. Sam even delivered the original and new keys back to me, matching set and all!
Certainly a gem in the rough! Customer service at its finest here! Thanks, ACE!

Best Ace Hardware Ive ever been to. Now I know what your thinking…“whats so special about an Ace Hardware.” Well I can tell you. It’s so hard to find businesses these days that have «Owners.» What I mean by an owner is an employee who comes to work and knows that he/​she are going to treat their company like they own it, even if they’re a cashier or what have you. It’s too often now a days that we go into businesses and employees are «renters». There for that pay day Friday. This Oakley Ace Hardware has very nice employees and the store is kept extremely well organized. There is this one employee and I will not name him on here, but he has helped me numerous times. Ive even had some real weird issues and know that if I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s I’m not going to get the knowledge and respect that this Ace Hardware has to offer. I know it may be a couple bucks extra for going to a small hole in the wall place like this, but it’s well worth it. Well done guys. Keep up the good work.

Seriously, I never thought I would be rating a hardware store, let alone giving it 5 stars, but this place deserves it.
Seriously the best Ace I have ever stepped foot in to. We just moved in to a beautiful new house and of course with moving in to a new place, little new and exciting tasks pop up and that’s where such great places like this come in so handy.
They just opened up this place off fourth st, its 2 stories and full of everything you can possibly think of including spices for cooking, coffee makers and things I did not even know hardware stores carry.
I was blown away with how exceptionally friendly and helpful the employees were and how they went well out of there way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. A particular lady helping me even opened a box to try a particular product out to see how it works (being it was a little confusing for both of us to figure out) before I bought it… truly 5 star service and to think it’s just coming from a local hardware store.
This will definitely be my go to place for all my hardware needs. Thanks Ace!
