Oh my god I absolutely hate their customer service!!! I ordered from them today again, AND FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER they said they called to verify my order!!! I have been using the app for years and this is the first time I have ever been told that they called to verify!!! 2.5 hours later I get in contact and the girl Monica tried to see what happened, but then some woman with an Indian accent comes on RUDE AS HELL, telling me that their system said I am a new customer so they called, and because my kids were playing with my phone, couldn’t verify the order so she cancelled it. I told her I have the god damn proof that I’m not a new customer and my kids have been waiting for almost 3 hours. this is the last time I order from them as it is the only one in the city!!!
RUUUUDE AS HELL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

My rating is solely based on the delivery service and the delivery driver because I only ordered through the Pizza Hut App and deal with the driver when they deliver my pizza! Thanks to Caleb who usually always delivers our pizza is why I continue to order from Pizza Hut. He is always on time and super nice! And always makes sure that everything we ordered is there even down to the dipping sauce:) thanks Caleb for being amazing as a driver and always getting my pizza to my family on time !

The delivery service is really crappy I got my pizza 2 hrs later and cold not even warm !

Pizza too about 50min after the time their site said should be delivered. When it finally came. It was cold. Not even slightly warm.

his pizza hut has the WORST customer service EVER! its like they dont even care about bein nice and respectful! If the cashier makes a mistake the manager gets mad at YOU for it! I used to love there stuff crust but now i rather go to a diffrent location than this location.

Okay so I’m totally feeling better about how Pizza Hut stepped up. They have new people there who are on top of there stuff, they came really fast with my order, and I had a payment problem and they helped me out! Thanks so much! Will of course still order from you guys!

The only thing I can say is horrible. Everything about it was horrible. I can’t believe this is what Pizza Hut has become.

Ordered from here because the wings are usually good but the order was completely messed up and when called to report management said it was too far to correct mistake ! And refused to refund money, stating to get order right next time !!! Had to end up going in to store retiring total order and demanding refund ! Will never get my business again !

So we were stupid enough to give these guys another chance only to be disappointed yet again… We ordered online and it said to go pick it up at a certain time. We go pick it up. Pay for our order after standing behind like five people for about 20 minutes
I started to worry my pizzas would get cold but to my surprise the attendant tells me that my order will be ready in 20 minutes. Long story short 20 minutes turns into 40 and when we finally get our order, our pizzas were the sorriest excuse for pizza on the planet.
Never going back. Not even for free pizza.

2 medium three topping pizza for $ 14. Sounds like a deal, so we each ordered and then went down to pickup. The lady ahead of us in line paid for her order and went out to her car, but then she came back in and showed the guy at the counter her breadsticks, which were hella burnt. She wanted a refund. The guy says, no, we don’t do refunds, we’ll make you another. She says by that time my pizza will be cold. He says, sorry, that’s just our policy.
That’s when I decided to not pick up my order and just walked out the door. What if my pizza got burnt? NO refund? WTF.
They lost a customer today, probably two since I doubt that lady will be going back either.
LOL, we’re having Marie Callandar’s chicken pot pies for dinner. hehehe

This is the worst pizza hut I’ve ever been to. First off, they took about 45 minutes to make my pizza and wings even though I was picking it up but they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. When they finally gave me the pizza, it was much smaller than any medium pizza hut pizza I’ve ever gotten and they said this is the standard medium size now and they barely put any toppings on that tiny pizza.
This pizza hut was not worth the trip or money, its a shame because I love pizza hut and was a frequent customer at my previous one. You’re much better off going to round table or dominos

After waiting about 2 hours. My pizza was burnt! I always order from here and im no longer a customer. It was so burnt it tasted like burnt frozen pizza

This place always had pleasant experience wth the staff here., friendly, nice — I will come back again

This place is the WORST. Currently at *3 HOURS* and still waiting for our pizza. They’ve told us THREE TIMES now that it was out the door, which was obviously a lie. And apparently they don’t have the ingredients for one of our orders. This exact same situation happened the LAST time we ordered, but it was a super busy night so we chalked it up to that and forgave the 2+ hour wait.
My girlfriend REALLY likes their stuffed crust, and there’s no other Pizza Hut around, so she keeps ordering from them. Literally every time we’ve ordered, something is missing. Soda, extra sauce, an entire pizza… the last 3 times they’ve apparently run out of things and didn’t call us until about an hour after the order was placed. Then another hour on top of that to show up. It’s absolutely asinine.
Girlfriend’s gonna have to learn to live without the stuffed crust, because we are NEVER ordering from this location again. You shouldn’t either.

Takes at least 2 ½ for delivery regardless of what time you put in an order. I would never order pizza from this location again.

I’ve place an order here once and omg they took so long to deliver my pizza they specifically told me «it will be at my door step with 45 to an hour»… guess what? they lied. I had to call them back asking «where is my pizza»? reason that was givin «we haven’t started making your order yet». I got irritated and decided to cancel the delivery and come pick it up myself as I got there my god what poor customer service first of all my pizza weren’t ready I had to wait at least 15 mins to receive the pizzas but I was at fault when I got it I didn’t check the pizzas got home open the box expecting to see a nice looking edible pizza but I got what I can only describe as a wannabe pizza with little efforts of even trying to make it look decent. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!
Oh I forgot to mention the second and third reason I would never order here again.
Second is the employees I have this weird vibe when I got there that they weren’t all that trained and got confused easily when I confronted them about my pizzas.
Third is the rude as hell of a manager that works their like seriously if your trying to make your business prosper and grow at least be kind to the source thats paying for your food not degrade them and make them feel stupid about your mistakes.

I should have checked the reviews before I ordered from here. I ordered the cheese & bacon stuffed crust pizza. A guy called me to verify the number then he told me they didn’t have the ingredients for that pizza. So I decided to just take the original cheese stuffed pizza & asked for extra ranch he said no problem.
I ordered it at 4:45pm it came at 6:30. That’s way too long. So my order comes & the delivery lady gave me 4 20oz of pepsi because they were out of 2liters. That’s fine I didn’t mind that but when I asked her if the sodas was cold. She said «O yes, they’re cold» I was like okay good. After I checked my order. There was no ranch at all. Not at least one for the wings. The pizza cold. The sodas was warm. Like they’ve been sitting in the car all day. It’s was just digusting. That’s what I get for trusting someone else’s opinion.
My first & last ordering from here again.

Wish I’d read the review before ordering. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years but I was desperate tonight.
I ordered online and got an estimate of 30 minutes until delivery. 20 minutes later I get a call asking if I placed an order online. Um, yeah. OK, we’ll make it and deliver.
30 minutes later (mind you, at this point we’re 20 minutes past when the pizza was supposed to be delivered) I get another call. We’re out of pineapple.
Seriously?! So 20 minutes AFTER the pizza was supposed to be delivered you haven’t even started to make it? And clearly they hadn’t even looked at the order until that point or they would’ve known it asked for pineapple. So ridiculous!
No deal is worth it if you can’t even get the pizza. No more Pizza Hut ordering, like, ever.

I really wish you could give negative 10 because this place is terrible. I had one pizza from here that was good, but the last 2 were very poorly made, sloppy and gross. I only go here when they have the cheesy bite or stuffed crust specials.
This place even ruins that! They skimp on the cheese and give dumb ass excuses why.
How hard is it to make a freshly prepared pizza?
The manager is RUDE! Just overall poor customer service. You could tell she is used to talking crazy to people because of her location, but chile… O_​o!
I will not ever go to this Pizza Hut location again. And I hope they get closed down just like the the other gross Oakland location.

If I could give this place 0 or ever Negative stars, I would.
Maybe if this location started giving a shit about it’s customers I’d be happy. This is the 5^th time I’ve had a bad experience.
I ordered a large stuffed crust with 2x pep and extra cheese, and they delivered a handtossesd pizza (their «new» one), which costs several dollars less than my ordered pizza.
When I called, it took 3 people 16 minutes to find the manager. When the manager finally got on the phone, he was obviously not wanting to talk, and purposely acted like he couldn’t speak English. I told him the issue, and he said that since I had started to eat the pizza, he would do NOTHING.
He offered, at my anger, a «$ 7 off next time you CALL in and place an order». I don’t place orders over the phone, this isn’t 1998. I use the internet. He refused to give me a refund, and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. He kept talking over me.
If I could, I would burn this place to the ground, I’m so dissatisfied. What’s a girl have to do to get a good pizza? I wish pizzahut would build a new store in Oakland so I can stop having to deal with these stupid Fruitvale idiots who don’t care about customers.
