Illuminate Psychic Awareness

We’re only on week 3 of the meditation training. Just a quick note of something cool I’m already noticing with regards to what you taught us about energy -
I’m cleaning my room, which was basically a slob’s nest. In the process of clearing things out, I’m facing a LOT of stored energy, energy that I’ve been sleeping with each and everyday within this mess. I’m realizing this energy is simply needing an outlet, a place to go. I’ve been kind of that block-​stop. Now that I’m actively grounding as you taught to us in the class, this energy has somewhere to go.
At the same time, I’m finally realizing that I have been unconsciously resisting wanting to clean up this mess because in the process, I’d have to face this energy. Now that it has somewhere to go (grounding to the center of the earth or a blown rose), its actually really cool! I feel the flow! :-)
The more clearing/​grounding I do as a result of this class and the more clearing I do on the inside, the more the outside tends to reflect! I was compelled to cleaned out half my closet yesterday of clothes which I’ll be donating. Its a LOT of old clothes! I cleaned my glass showers doors which were coated in soapscum and are now just spotless. As clean as I’m feeling on the inside, the outside is getting clean as well. It gives new meaning to working from the inside-​out! It seems magical but it makes perfect sense.
Just like that same physical clearing of clothes or the soapscum from glass, I’m simply clearing out old energy and just seeing it for what it is… just energy (ie images, pictures, thoughts, stored places in my body, old beliefs, other peoples’ energies, etc.). I’m realizing there’s nothing scary or uncomfortable about this energy like there used to be. There’s also no longer a purpose either for holding onto this old energy as before.
Lastly, as you also taught us, I get the sense of reclaiming so much of my own energy back and letting go of other people’s energies. As you mentioned, this is the most important part of this experience and I’m relaxing into this more and more. This is the most wonderful part and an unexpected gift as a result of taking your class. I get the sense of being whole again with a deeper sense of Self.
