Jayne is great. She works with your skill level (for me this means a total beginner) and makes you feel comfortable. I haven’t done pilates in a long time but I feel great … and sore, ha! Definitely used some muscles I didn’t know I had!

I’ve been working with Jayne for several months now, and it’s made a huge difference in resolving some long-​standing pain and getting me back to the point where I could start running again. Her attention to detail is wonderful, and she really makes sure you’re getting the full benefit out of every movement. She also has been great at figuring out what movements and exercises will help most in resolving whatever physical issues (strength, flexibility) I’m having. I highly recommend her!
