Holy fucking shit. This is the best pizza delivery I’ve ever had and I lived in NY for half a decade. It arrived hot and fresh. 5 stars for me.(And no I’m not a bot and I’m not paid for this)

I work late a lot, and tend to order delivery from this location more than I should. My tolerance for bad service is pretty high, but I have reached my limit. I was balancing my checkbook the other night and noticed that I was charged $ 5 more for my order than I should have been. I paid with debit card, but gave a cash tip. I go back and check my credit card statement to see if my other past orders were over charged, and sure enough several of my past orders were over charged by $ 5. I emailed the corporate customer service account and received an automated email saying the location is locally owned and operated. I have yet to hear from the local owners. The location is constantly out of receipt paper, or the receipt printer doesn’t work. I’m guessing that is why they over charge their customers thinking we won’t notice.

I phone order today at 9:55pm and waited til 12am and had no phone call or my delivery… decided to call back and they said I had no order put in under the address or the number… And they told me if I wanted to order again and wait 1hr… NEVER ordering from here again

I’ve ordered delivery through the app a few times over the past few weeks. Each time my order has had at least one thing incorrect about it. The first time I ordered Cherry Coke, but got regular Coke instead. The second time I ordered extra chicken on the pizza and it definitely wasn’t any more than the regular amount. The third time I ordered triple chicken on the pizza just to see if there a a difference and still it was the same as the regular amount AND they did not include one of the toppings I ordered. Very displeased with this location. TLDR: They got my order wrong every time and even when I paid for triple meat there was no difference in the amount.

Estimated delivery times listed online needs to be tripled if they’re trying to talk sense. I’ve never had issues with other branches but this one always seems to take at least an hour and then be super rude when you try to check up on your order online. Really don’t understand that corporate hasn’t shut this place down yet or at least change the management. I think they’re trying to send out a driver for every 10 orders or something. The pizza also really sucked, mine was burnt(clearly burnt, black burnt) and they still delivered it without baking a new one. Great customer service really. And when I tried calling and complaining, I’d be placed on hold for an obscene amount of time, making me give up and dump the pizza.

I got delivery tonight and it was extremely fast! I was a little worried because it’s kind of expensive, but the pizza was perfect and the guy came to the door, per the instructions I posted online. Will def order again. Pepperoni here is the crispy kind so it’s worth the $$ for the right thing

I was contacted by the corporate office. They offered an incentive to return and try their services. The same cashier from before was there again. I found out this time he was the manager. He was still as nice as before. This time he was working the line and Helping the fill in casher. This was the type of service I expected before. The pizza was so much better and the store was full of people. I went the same time as last time. I really appreciate the effort they made to fix everything.

This is dominos so you know what you are getting. Perhaps not the best pizza in the world, but it is what it is, and I don’t think it is terrible either. My son loves it so that is why we periodically order from here. The hot wings are pretty good. You can expect that they’ll periodically get your order wrong every now and then. The last time I ordered, they sent me a 2 liter bottle of Sprite instead of the 20 oz bottle I ordered. There was no parmesan cheese with the pizza, but they did provide red pepper. Maybe I need to ask for the cheese. Also, they don’t allow you to order online so you need to call. Not sure why they don’t support online ordering at this location, but would find it more convenient if they did. They’ve been pretty accurate on the estimated delivery time.

Domino’s headquarters contacted me and was very nice and wanted to make it up to me so they sent me a voucher for a free pizza. I was like sweet, let’s do this. So I call domino’s and tell them about my voucher and order a gluten free pizza as well, but I can tell the guy over the phone is just not getting it. I tell him my order twice and after the last time he laughs and says ok. So now I know something is wrong. I go down to the store and they have my «free» pizza ready but no gluten free pizza. I ask the guy about it and he fights with me telling me I never ordered a gluten free pizza. At this point I’m so over all of this. I reorder the pizza and we wait for it. Then I give him the voucher and he says he doesn’t know how to put it in and keeps trying to put in into his computer. And it’s just not working… so then he asks me to come back a different day when a manager is there. I’m like are you kidding me?! This ordeal has been going on for 45 mins now and we’re hungry, we we’re about ready to pay when he says he’ll take the voucher and figure it out later. Moral of the story… don’t go to this incompetent domino’s!

I literally hate this particular dominos so much. I’ve ordered online from this one a few times and i swear I’ve never gotten food sooner than 2 hours to placing it. I’ve never encountered any rude drivers but I don’t get why it takes them so Fing long. I live on lakeshore. this dominos is on grant. its not that hard. I work in customer service and I know customers can suck and put too much pressure on employees so I can’t complain to much but they act like they just don’t care that they’re always late. super frustrating

I’m amazed this place is still open with all the bad reviews… We ordered pizza through the domino’s app. When our pizza was 40min late, I tried calling in but was put on their auto-hold for 15 minutes before being sent to voicemail. I didn’t end up getting through to anyone, but our pizza arrived almost 2 hours late. …unbelievable… bye Domino’s.

The last 2 experiences I’ve had with this location havr been terrible. First time it took two hours to deliver so I had to go pick it up myself. This time the customer service was awful and I waited an hour and a half for delivery. It’s unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoy their pizza and their prices but I don’t think I can give them anymore of my money.

The food is average at best, but that’s on you(or me) for ordering, because you know what you’re getting with Dominos. No, this is for getting the order wrong not one, not two, but three times in a row. Haha… you pretty much have to be trying to do that.

We ordered Pizza on Friday for lunch as it was raining and no one wanted to get out to go get lunch. We place an order online and order a «build your own pizza». $ 30 later, the online tracker/site mentioned that the pizza would be delivered in 30 – 35 minutes. An hour passed by and our pizza was not delivered… I called the store and the guy who answered the phone tells me that they had a computer glitch and that all the orders had printed up a few minutes back and they were working on it. No apology was offered instead he kept saying that it was a computer glitch and that there is nothing he can do. Yes you can! Call the number provided and inform the customer about what is going on. To which he responds… I guess I could have done that but too late. He says that the pizza has left for delivery 5 minutes back and there were 2 other deliveries before ours. Now we are 1hr 40 minutes from the time we ordered and we receive our delivery. No apology from the driver instead. I gave him $ 40 and when I asked for change, he asks me if I am serious? WHAT? Why on God’s green earth would I tip you $ 10 for bringing me cold pizza 1hr &40 minutes late. I still tipped the guy $ 5 and he didn’t seem happy. We proceeded to eat the pizza, to find the pizza undercooked and not all the toppings that we ordered! I am so upset with this place. I wish there was a manager that was supervising everything that is going wrong at this place. Had the worst lunch… undercooked and not hot to enjoy on a wet rainy day. Boohoo to this place!

My first mistake was ordering Domino’s but I had a hungry child and guess who didn’t do grocery shopping? TL;DR My order was never delivered, they stopped picking up the phone. Told lies and given attitude when I call the next day. 6:39PM — I ordered 2 pizzas + 2 liter soda from Grand Avenue Store. 6:55PM «checking quality» status — never moved from there. 7:45PM I started calling and they never picked up the phone. 9:26PM — My last call was was placed and they still didn’t pick up. 10:00PM Went to bed after eating cheese+crackers for dinner, still«Checking quality status»
I contacted the twitter account as I was concerned for the employees! Were they robbed? lying there hurt? Should I call the police? Very disconcerting! I couldn’t drive to the location, I had a sleeping toddler. I called back this morning because my card has been charged. 11:00AM This morning they still didn’t pick up the phone. 11:30AM– Someone finally picks up. Avi(sp?) answered stating she was the manager and«didn’t know what was going on because she doesn’t work weekends.» Yeah, Ok. Sure. Your store closed early leaving customers hanging but you don’t know what’s going on? Suuuuuure. I got not so much as the vaguest apology over your major f-up; just TERRIBLEATTITUDE. If you are really a manager you need some serious re-training.

I ordered online. Pizza tracker showed me the hopeful progression of my order. I made it through the«quality check.» We ordered our pizza at 7:55 p.m., it’s 10:26 now. No call, no show, no good. DONOT order pizza from this particular location, they haven’t an ounce of accountability. I called and called and nobody answered. My calls were eventually timed out. I get that it’s Domino’s but at least call. Disaster.

Their gluten free pizza and chicken bacon wrap is so good. $ 5.99 for a medium pizza is so good. Cheap. Fast delivery. Delivered less than 30 mins every time. I’ve been ordering from this dominos quite a few times already and I will keep going back. So fast so good. The regular crust is always soggy and wet. I like the gluten free crust cuz it’s crunchy.

Technically, I’m giving them 2.5 stars as an average and it’s more recently based on the 1 star I almost rated due to the nasty looking, fairly dry buffalo chicken pizza I had delivered. Usually D’s pizzas get props from me(unlike many who prefer Round Table) but they dropped the ball on this one! I was hungry so I ate 4 slices and instead of doing the usual of eating the rest the next day, it sat in the fridge for a few days(looking like it needed lotion by then SMH) so I tossed it. I hate wasting food but it was no longer food.

Domino Should be reported for false information ONLINE! we ordered the pizza at 7pm… and 830pm rolled by… still no pizza… check online, it says«DELIVERED»!!! umm. im at home, no pizza no phone call, ok maybe their almost here… 9pm NOPIZZANOCALLS. 930pm pizza man comes and… wow am i already pissed. i asked why did it take u guys 2 hours to deliver the pizza… 2HOURSAND A HALF? «Sorry we are short staff and busy because of game» Well i didnt get any courtesy call to tell me that, and I DONTWANTITNOMORE, REFUNDMEMYMONEY” he had the nerve to say, «I came all the way here and why didnt u call to cancel» OHHELLNO «Excuse ME, I called for an hour straight, BUSYTHEENTIRETIME» dont u dare try to blame this on me, you have my number! I’ve been ordering carry-out from this location for the past couple years at least once every other month, and have been happy with my pizza and customer service each time. FYI, I always order online. The pizzas have been consistently up to Domino’s standards(yummy garlic crust, good amount of toppings, etc). If you’re looking for a fancy restaurant pizza, then this may not be the place for you(I don’t understand why people review based on restaurant comparisons… you might as well compare McDonald’s dollar menu to pub burgers lol. The each serve a niche, and you should only compare within the appropriate niche!) Rant over haha. To sum it up: if you like Domino’s pizza, this place is a good venue to go for that! The workers have always been friendly and helpful. The couple of times I’ve called(instead of online ordering) they were patient with me while I considered topping options, and they got my order correct. Only issue I have with this place is parking, but that goes for anywhere in the Lake area. You can usually find a spot somewhere in the 2 – 3 block radius, but you might have to do a couple of loops to find someone pulling out :)
