A very professional place to get your phone fix, came in with a crack iPhone 6 without appointment, got it done really fast and cheap and was out the door in less then 30 minutes, and most importantly they did a very very good job! Will be coming back with any feature issues with phones

Fast service and cheapest screen repair I could find. I walked in without an appointment and it was done within 2 hours. They did a great repair on my iphone 6 screen(which was crazy shattered). I got quotes from a number of phone repair places– this is the cheapest pricing.

I’m the queen of clumsy! The very first time when I broke my iPhone 5 I looked up online for a repair shop and Google showed me anb. I immediately drove to anb repair shop in Oakland and got my phone fixed within an hour. The owner is really funny and friendly and the prices are very reasonable too.

Not so much. They were very vague about what they wanted to do with my phone, and the cost was going to be far from clear. My phone has what I believe to be a common fault, but the guy hadn’t heard of it. After some time trying to get clarity I just had a really bad feeling about this, and decided to leave. Not helped by the guy’s poor English, which would be fine for other businesses in Chinatown, but not here where some precision is needed. Also appears to be cash only. I’ll try elsewhere.

I took my broken but beloved iPhone 4s in to get a smashed screen replaced at 6pm without an appointment. I was very relieved that they still had 4s screens in stock. I dropped the phone off, went out to find an ATM(cash only) and by the time I got back it was finished. The new screen is crisp, bright, and the colors are accurate.

I had a cracked iPhone 6 screen. Called a few places — seems like many needed an appointment, and charged anywhere from $ 120 – 150. AnB was right downtown, and I just popped in mid-day with no call. They were super friendly, professional, and organized. Had my phone back to me within 40 minutes, and it was $ 20 cheaper than any other place I had called. Cash only, but that’s worth saving $ 20. Would definitely recommend them, and would go back again(well, hopefully not, but knowing my phone habits…)

If AnB Components didn’t exist, it would be the kind of phone repair store that you’d dream of. Having it only a few blocks from home makes it better than a dream phone repair store. A day before returning from a sojourn in southern Africa with trip-of-a-lifetime photos on my BLU Studio 6.0LTE phone, I dropped the phone in a coffee shop in London which had a merciless concrete floor. Without being able to input the lock code on the now-shattered screen, I had no way to access my phone’s photos or other data via USB link to my computer and a replacement was the only option. Last September when this occurred, no such screens were available from US suppliers so I ordered one from Ali Express from a completely unknown supplier in China. To cut a long story short, it took 4 weeks(not the 5 days promised) to arrive and when it did, it was broken and the supplier demanded a video of the problem before they’d even discuss a return/refund. AnB kindly offered to stand in as my videographers and emailed me their footage which I duly submitted. After 6 more weeks of wrangling, I got a 60% refund. Ugh! About to give up, I searched US suppliers again and my luck was now in: The screen(LCD+digitizer) was now available here. That arrived in 4 days and I took it in to AnB today and they installed it. Now I have my phone back. Through multiple phone calls, emails, in-person visits and re-visits, the staff were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and really a delight to work with. Dan was the fix-it man who brought my phone back to life. If only all businesses operated this way, we’d all have much lower levels of stress. One caveat: Bring cash. They don’t take cards.

Had my iPhone 5s(white) screen replaced in 45 mins… No appointment, just walked in. 90 bucks and it’s good as new! My lame T-Mobile insurance was going to charge 175 for a replacement phone that would have taken days to arrive and ages to set up with all of my apps. Give your dollars to these guys, they’re awesome!

AnB had the part in stock for a LG2 phone and repaired it in a day with excellent communication and good customer service. They were the 3rd company I went to, one of whom told me they couldn’t get the part because I had Sprint service(nonsense). Was grateful to find AnB and have my mobile back up and working again so quickly.

I’ve come here twice with two separate phones for repair and these guys always take care of me. The staff knows what they are doing and I’ve seen them perform small miracles(seriously, you should have seen my sisters iPhone). Great service, affordable pricing and excellent skills. Highly recommended! Also such a convenient location!

I tried fixing the screen on my Galaxy S3 myself but ended up making it worse by breaking the digitizer. The next day, I dropped off my phone here at 12:30pm. It was ready for pick up at 3:30pm that same day. Fast service. Friendly people. I also got a bit of a discount too.

My iPhone6 glass cracked and was recommended to this shop by a friend. Their staff was very helpful and glass was replaced within half hour! The price was only $ 110. Highly recommend!

I’m glad this is an «ER» for phone repair. I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus again and thought I had a cracked screen. I brought it back to AnB and was told only the tempered glass screen protector is broken. Phew! It wasn’t the LCD screen. Instead of spending another $ 150, I only spent $ 10 for another screen protector.

TBH, if I could gave negative stars, I would. Last time I brought my samsung phone there to get repair. there was just tiny problems, I could just spend 5 dollar for it if i went to a repair store nearby. but they charge me 25 dollar and ask me to wait for 1 hr. omg. I will never go this store.

The guy on the front desk was rude, and he replaced a bad quality«new» screen for me, is so easy to crack, also the phone inside is missing a lot of screws… I won’t go back over there anymore .And make sure you keep your email invoice for the warranty.

The price for fixing my iPad screen was reasonable($ 100) and the staff was nice. The transaction was quick and efficient. Total time to complete my repair was less then 2 hours. Remember to hit up an ATM because they only take cash money, no credit cards accepted!

Keep your receipts. I got the screen replaced on my LG3, and bought a screen guard. The screen guard cracked after two days of very light use. The touchscreen worked for 3 days. Then the screen randomly faded and went black. I took it back and they tried to argue that i had dropped it and needed to pay full price again. I explained that I hadn’t. And then they demanded to see my receipt for the first work order. They«fixed» it again, but didn’t replace the screen guard. A week later, the screen started acting up again, and I noticed that they hadn’t secured the screen flush with the frame. It jiggled and that messed up the screen sensitivity. They fixed it again last week. As I write this, there is a hairline fracture developing on my screen. Next time I’ll find someone who’ll do it right the first time.

Left 2 messages several days apart but I never got a call back. I guess my business isn’t important to them? They have fixed my phone once before and we’re just ok but now will look elsewhere.
