This is a great store when it comes to the neighborhood. It sits right in the middle of at least four different co-op complexes. The bad part of this store is the size. Its very small, not as small as the store on Springfield Ave, but close. Carts and shopping baskets are sometime hard to locate in this store. If the carts are out front on the 73rd Ave side, the wheels are usually locked. I run in here for what I call the essentials… milk, bread, eggs, deli meat or something I just need to complete a meal. The prices at this location do seem to be higher than other store such as Stop and Shop or Pathmark. Considering the large demographic of seniors living in the area on fixed incomes, its a shame that stores cannot find a way not to hike the prices. The parking lot in the rear of the building is extensive considering NY parking. Again, let me just say that getting around in this store with a cart is difficult. A really great store for picking up a few things. They do have 4 self check out lanes.
