First of all, they did an examination on me which supposedly said I only got weaker in my left eye when both eyes are actually bothering me. Then, after I brought in frames from an outside source, they tried to gouge me for over $ 250 worth of extra agendas such as no glare and other needs. Worst experience ever.

I’ve been going here for a number of years now, and I’ve always had a good experience. They have a very nice selection, and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. Recently went there for a deal to get 2 pairs of glasses for $ 149, with an eye exam included. The included frames were originally priced at $ 150 each — great deal! One thing to keep in mind is that polycarbonate lenses are not included in the $ 149. Regular plastic lenses are free in the deal, but they charge an additional $ 40 for each pair that you want to have the polycarbonate lenses. Personally, I would recommend getting the polycarbonate because it’s more durable. Since my insurance covers it, I usually get it and the glasses last me two year without any problems. But if polycarbonate isn’t in you’re budget, no worries. You can also just get polycarbonate for one of the two pairs(in the 2 for $ 149 deal), or just get the regular plastic. Overall, really nice small business! Good quality products, and great service! Parking is also really convenient with a parking lot just across the street =)

Avoid! Fairly speaking, The eyes exam provided there were detail and impressive. However, when I got a pair of glasses that within the insurance covered limit for my kid. They upgraded the lens without asking me and I end up need to pay extra for that. Later when I inquired the insurance company. For basic lens, we should not need to pay anything! Second, I canceled a contact lens exam appointment there three weeks ago and two days before my appointment date. As of today, my insurance coverage is now showing my lens/contact lens have been used on my appointment date which I had never been to!!! Dishonest billing is totally unacceptable! It’s been over three weeks and even I called, they are still holding up my lens eligibility on the system! Ridiculous! Will never go back!

It was the worst customer experience I had!!! The manager became very nasty when I called back to cancel my order the next day after I went. I told her I apologized that I changed my mind and wanted a refund. She was very nasty with me even though they didn’t submit the order to their supplier yet. And when I asked her if I can get my order a few weeks later, she told me no and that she doesn’t want to do any business with me. I was furious, and reported her to VSP which is my coverage company. Don’t get your glasses here because they have bad work ethics!!! They have no manners to the customers, especially if you change your mind. They are the worst optical store.

Just had an eye exam and received new glasses from here. Very enjoyable experience, very friendly staff. Eye exam was professional and pleasant and seemed to be thorough. Selection of glasses was OK, not extensive, and display area is very limited. An assistant did find me several good choices, all designer selections, but did not do so good on recommending lens options, and did not understand the differences in the available options well enough to make a recommendation, so I had to pick myself. Oh, with designer frames and high index lenses you may pay in excess of $ 600 for glasses if no insurance.
