The food is fine, good value for the price. But you can’t believe the prices on the menus – including the one in the store at the ordering counter! I went there today and 1) was told they no longer offer the $ 5 lunch on weekends (nothing on the overhead menu or on the takeout menu indicates this) 2) I was charged $ 1 more for my double slice pizza than was was on the overhead menu and on the take out menu. The Gen Mgr clearly didn’t care that I was upset about this, and made no offer to refund me or try to make my experience somehow better – she didn’t even apologize! Sorry Fazoli’s O’Fallon, I have TONS of choices for quick cheap lunch. You just took yourself off my list.

The food is good. Not great. The price is very reasonable and you get a lot for your money. But what you get in quantity you lose in quality. As long as your expectations of Italian food are low you shouldn’t be disappointed. It’s fast and sometimes that’s all you need. Lots of sodium if you watch for that like I do, but my wife has no problems with it. Kids were grateful for not having to have yet another pizza night. Full stomachs all around.

Great. Love their senior policy with the savings card. I had thebaked pizza and loved it. My friends enjoyed what they had (if I could spell better I would put what they had. LOL) The bread sticks have got to the amoung the best in the world.

Again a winning meal for the family! We have had the family meal several times when in a rush and have not been disappointed yet.
The baked lasagna is very good for fast food, and feeds 4 people very well and that doesn’t include the second meal option the comes a long with the price– this also includes a salad for several and a huge amount of bread sticks.
The service at the store is typical fast food style however they are very pleasant folks to meet
