Just ordered a $ 5:69 combo but charged $ 8:11 saying that they added 4 toppings. $ 2 is not a big deal but it felt a bit awkward.

Again one of my favorite places for a healthy fulfilling quick lunch. Staff are extremely friendly and clean!

Great salad deal. The ingredients are good and it’s become my go-to spot for a quick meal.

Wrapido’s food is a delicious and healthy deal for the price. My experience historically has been a 4 star experience. I’m sad to have to give just 2 stars but I had a very bad experience after ordering on seamless tonight while at work. I work a half mile away, and ordered at 7:45 thinking delivery would be quick(seamless delivery estimate — 25 – 30 mins). At 9pm, I called and staff promised to call back with food delivery time. I had to call back at 9:15, got disrespected by a nasty staffer(«ungh it’s [the same girl] calling again… you’re not the only one who ordered food tonight!» and they couldn’t give me an estimated time of arrival for food even though I’d already been waiting over an hour. I had to cancel the order — wasn’t going to wait at work for food to arrive at an indefinite time after already waiting so long and having such a rude experience with staff.

I came here to have lunch about once a month in the past. I haven’t went here recently. But when I did, the quality had gone down extremely. The food quality there is still alright. But the service here and the amount of food that they give has gone down. I ordered a Rib Eye Steak Salad, which I order most the time when I come here. It costs around $ 12 — $ 13 with Tax included. The salad with steak was not even filled up to the bowl. It was only at the half way point of where the bowl was which is disappointing. With $ 12, I can go to Chipotle and order a burrito OR the bowl and it would be a lot larger than what I got here. The food was okay. It was not as good as I remember. But overall, if the employees here had a bit more manners, or would actually give the same amount of food to every customer, it would be a great place to get food. P. S. Forgot to mention that they tend to be friendlier to others that they are probably friends with. They get a lot more, not even enough to fit the bowl . TLDR — Food: Okay. Service: Withstand-able. Food Quantity: Poor.

The food is good, I also visited the 23rd street location. You cant beat a $ 10 and change platter with cuscus and chicken and 3 sides. I eat here at least 2 times a week.

This place is excellent and affordable! Love it! The sales people are very friendly, had a great last day of 2015 experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I got a falafel salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was a good amount of food for a salad. The service was very quick. They give you option to have your food in a pita, wrap or salad. All the dishes are $ 10 and less.

Very affordable and delicious restaurant! Brought me back to the Middle East with the original flavor, Melissa was awesome and made me feel like home. I highly recommend this place

Had the chicken pita here($ 7.25) and it was so tasty! All the bread is made on premises(even the wrap), the veggie fillings were real fresh. I asked to try the harissa ranch and schug sauce on the side and they happily obliged. Pretty spicy! Will definitely be back and try their other locations.

Oh boy. This place is pretty close to my apartment, and we were really in the mood for some falafel/shwarma. Walked in, asked for a falafel pita and a chicken shwarma platter. Instead, we received a gyro platter and a shwarma pita. Told them the order was wrong, repeated it clearly, so they went to fix it. Came back with the same thing, pretty much unchanged. Not sure if there was a language barrier going on, but I patiently repeated my order one more time. Uhh, so it took one more time to get it right. I show my 10% with Unilocal check-in and the cashier only rings it up for the falafel and not the platter. She half-heartedly said«Oh, I’m sorry. I already rang your shwarma through, so this will only apply to the pita.» Not gonna cry over a 10% discount, but it just was a bit off-putting. Also, everything seemed to have a very passive aggressive tone, so you don’t really love that. We finally left with our food, and it was not good. Falafel pita didn’t have much flavor or texture. The chicken actually had some really good flavor, but was basically burned to a crisp because they left it on the griddle so long, so it didn’t have a great texture. Not a good look. The cous cous was actually pretty good, but not enough to redeem everything. I really try not to write 2-star reviews, but this is worth telling people to avoid. Go to Hummus and Pita Co. or Taim for much better fast casual Mediterranean food. Slightly more expensive, but you’ll get your order the way you ordered it, and you won’t get attitude. Definitely worth the extra 50 cents, ha. Get it together, Wrapido.

I usually love this place, but tonight while dining on my grilled chicken platter I noticed an intense mint flavor which caused me to spit out and examine the food… a wad of gum!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Delicious food. Try the chicken wrap. You will choose 8 sides. Make sure to add pickles and tzatziki sauce as two of the 8 sides.

Really great place. I wish it was seasoned a little better, but regardless its fresh, big portions, and really fills you up. The lunch special came with, a side of salad(which you also get to choose from a variety of different salad dressing), and you get to choose cous cous or rice. I got the cous cous, and it was amazing. I love how they have healthy options, while still being tasty ! I was surprised that it came with a portion of hummus as well on the side. The hummus was amazing, super fresh and authentic. What I loved the most was the whole wheat pita bread! Its the kinda pita bread where you can stuff all the rest of your ingredients into it !!! I will definitely be ordering here again. This is somewhere where I would go back to multiple times ! =D

I wandered in after searching around the area for something on the cheap and quick. That’s when I discovered this place. Glancing at the menu you’re greeted with selection of pre-set wraps, but it’s pretty much build your own. My wrap was made quickly and cost just a little over $ 8. Service was good. I’ll be definitely be dropping in again soon. Cashier’s cute.

I have been going to Wrapido now for the past 3 weeks and it has not disappointed. The Chicken platter is wonderful, healthy and filling. I will say that last week(Thursday 08⁄06) I went later in the evening around 11pm maybe a little later with my husband, and while the food was still tasty when we got home, the night shift server did not use a spoon to give me my salad, instead his hand with a glove, and other things that was not consistent with the day time. All in all that one experience won’t minimize a well deserved 5 stars.

I’m sorry, but if your wrap is so wet and stuffed to the gills that it’s already exploding by the time it’s served to you, then your employees are doing it wrong. A wrap or burrito requires ingredients balance, and this spot failed to do even the most basic of tasks. I ate maybe 30% of a 10 dollar wrap. The rest of it ended up in a puddle on my plate. If you don’t(or can’t) make a wrap, then only offer platters. It’s quite simple. The ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful, so there’s that. But I do not recommend.

Pleasant fast food lunch for $ 10. I got the chicken shwarma(which means sort of grilled) platter with Israeli salad(cucumber tomato and onion), and some chickpea humus(next time I’ll pick something else as a side dish;it’s not my «cup of tea», but, I would like to try something different). It came to $ 10 plus tax. Later I bought a two dollar can of Coke. The place is clean & has a number of tables and some stool to sit at a counter. The sound system was playing Rolling Stones«paint it black» and also Nirvana, which for me was pretty cool. I should note, that they offered free baklava(which I like) if you write a review on Unilocal, and in the interest of transparency: I mention it here.
