Extremely overpriced, asked med size, and was cheated with coffee, filling only ¾ of the cup. Ridiculous! Counting days before they go out of business!

I started coming here a few months back when the coffee bar was located closer to the corner and their operation wasn’t fully up and running. I think I preferred it that way. These days the gentleman that usually takes my order wearing the perma-scowl and looking in disdain at his colleague fulfilling the orders just doesn’t quite set my day off the way I’d hoped. Coffee is still solid, but there’s just a lack of consideration and attention being paid that, for the price, I’d hope gets ironed out soon. «I’m sorry, what did you order?» I hear multiple times. «Room for milk?», I’m asked. «Please.» Then immediately after paying, the guy comes out from behind the register as my drink is prepared and given to me, and goes to remove and refill all the milks just as I go to add it. What? Are you doing this to mess with me intentionally? Someone, please give the staff a happy pill. It makes a difference.

Yes it is kinda expensive but the baked goods are fantastic! Very good coffees and tees to boot! They also have a very nice staff that tries hard to serve quickly and efficiently. My daughter really liked the the iced tea.

My concierge sent me here for ‘high-end’ coffee and tea. Coming as I do from Portland, Oregon,(coffee and tea capital of the world), my bar is perhaps set a tad too high. There was nothing high-end about this place except their prices. Harney tea(blech) for $ 5 a 16 oz cup! $ 4 for bitter black drip coffee. No gluten free pastries, coconut milk, loose leaf tea, or fair trade coffee. Can’t wait to get home.

I use to come here all the time but they had a change in their café area and it is now less cosy. Less plugs, and no more coffee brownies … Too bad Urbo …

Love the NYC ambiance at this café/restaurant. Just came in here to hang out with a friend over a cup of coffee. The coffee and service were both great. They also have a great mocha. Only downside was that their coffee drinks are a bit more expensive than I would’ve preferred. Overall, very conveniently located and a great place to just hang out and grab a bite/coffee.

Nice coffee(anyone visiting from Seattle will approve) but overpriced for the quality still. Best to stop in and grab to go as it really is a small place to find seating.

The coffee is fantastic but the cup you get it in has a flimsy plastic top that leaks and falls off. I have no problem paying what they charge for great coffee but you need to invest a few more cents into a better plastic top. This would be a 4-star rating if you had better cups.

To complete the Urbo experience(we just fell in love with this place), we stopped by the Grind every morning for delicious Almond Milk lattes before heading out for the day! It’s very small, cozy and not heavily trafficked in the morning. We did not wait more than 2 minutes for our coffees and enjoyed every sip! Definitely give this place a visit if you need a quick little escape from the Manhatten Madness!

Very good lattes! This place is pretty nice. Pros: the espresso! Very good clean taste, never burnt like Starbucks. Cons: pricey!

I just paid 6 dollars for an iced coffee and I’m disgusted with myself for doing it. Yes, they charge 6 dollars for their iced coffee which they proudly refer to as their Single Origin offering. Before i could ask them to repeat the price my plastic cup of ice combined with coffee was placed in front of me. Rather than walk away, which I should have done, I went ahead and forked over payment. So many thoughts going through my head… Am I cheap? Have I lost touch? Were these beans fermented in the colons of Danish aristocracy? A sad day people…

Great space, yummy coffee(blue bottle!), and a very friendly staff. When I visited they had only been open for two weeks. I wanted a cold brew; they had two on the menu, but were out of one(single origin). I was a little surprised by this, since they had just recently opened. I had the New Orleans cold brew with almond milk. It was way bigger than I was expecting, but tasted good. My friend had a macchiato and she was very happy with it. The guys that were working the counter were very friendly and helpful with ordering. I would definitely recommend this place to coffee lovers!
